I didn't order on this shop, but as I was looking at the items I recognized some that I saw on aliexpress, I decided to make an image research, and the few items I googled were from aliexpress, and they were SO CHEAPER...

I have bought multiple items from this…

I have bought multiple items from this website and have received nothing, but good quality items until this...

I have received most of my items except one that was missing. I emailed and told them that most of the item I got have been delivered except the other item. Keep in mind, one of the items that I received has the same tracking number as the missing item. This is their response:

"I have looked into this for you and I can see that your Loretta tank top is currently still in transit to you, so please do not worry dear, your item will most
definatley be delivered however due to the busy holiday season some items may take a little longer than others. Please accept out most sincere apologies if this
has caused you any inconvenience."

Seems about right, minus the spelling errors. I patiently waited for about 2-3 days for the missing item to show up and it never did. I emailed them again that my item never showed up even though the tracking number said it has been delivered. This is also their response:

"I have looked into your order and i can see that your Loretta top has been successfully delivered, please see to the screenshot attached below. "

The screenshot they sent me was the tracking number and the status that it was delivered. Okay...? But I never got my item, that doesn't mean anything. At this point, they must've messed up, gave me the wrong tracking number, or something of the likes. After several replies, they would not logically fix the problem or even express their concern. Instead, they told me THREE TIMES that it has already been delivered when I also told them THREE TIMES that I never received my missing item. This has made me extremely furious with them because they were not professional in any way (they didn't ask further or ask me to check if it was behind a bush or something). I asked for a refund and this is what they said:

"Unfortunately if it says on our tracking information that the item has been successfully delivered then we are unable to give you a refund. "

Okay, I get it... Not having any customer service skills whatsoever and putting the fault on a PAID CUSTOMER is not their problem? Yeah, I am SO done with this website/company. I am going to go to my bank to file a dispute soon.

TLDR: Told Remidii that my missing item wasn't delivered, emailed them, and told me to screw off (NO REFUND EITHER).

Please take ultimate consideration when shopping on this website. Thank you for reading my complaint and I hope it will change your perspective of this horrible company.
