Excessive waiting time of 7 days from when I withdrew from Remesita until it was credited to my Mexican card via SPEI transfer when it was supposedly express shipping of 24 hours maximum.

After a thorough investigation of your transaction (#RM358385) and the transcript of your interaction with our support team, we can confirm that we did indeed fail the delay audit process because your transaction bounced 7 times before being confirmed with our provider. Below is the exact timeline for your reference:
- Order initiated: August 20, 2025, 11:35 a.m.
- 7 failed and bounced processing attempts over 10 days
- Order processed and completed: August 30, 2025, 6:43 p.m.
While the transfer was completed within 10 days, we understand that any delay is unacceptable. The prolonged power outages in Cuba, which often paralyze the entire banking network, create significant challenges that we are working tirelessly to overcome. However, we recognize that our communication about these potential delays and the process itself needs to be clearer.
Your feedback has been crucial. This has triggered an internal alert for us to review and audit our bank transfer processes in Cuba to improve transparency and set better expectations for our customers.
Since we have not met our delivery promise, and as a token of our apology for this experience and our gratitude for helping us identify this area for improvement, we offer the following:
1. Your payment will be fully refunded by the end of the day, and if the funds do reach your recipient, you can keep them as well.
2. For your next transfer, we strongly recommend using our Cash Delivery service, which delivers the funds directly to your home in less than 48 hours, without relying on unstable Cuban banking technology.
3- And, as a personal thank you, we're including a FREE cell phone recharge for your recipient with their next Cash Delivery order.
We hope this resolves the issue. Your experience, even if it's not what we'd want for a customer, is invaluable in helping us improve.

I LOVE Remesita, but REALLY DISLIKE the new limit for simultaneous transfers
I LOVE Remesita. I have done nearly 160 MLC digital foreign currency transfers to friends in Cuba via Remesita, and their transfers are quick and reliable. I would usually rate them 5 stars, but I REALLY DISLIKE their new policy limiting simultaneous transfers. In January 2025 the limit was 3 (!!!), in February 2025 the limit has been raised to 5 simultaneous transfers. It is necessary to wait until the transfers are complete to generate more. That limit probably doesn't affect most customers, but it seriously affects customers like me who generate and then fund multiple transfers at a time.

Por lo regular daría 5 estrellas, pero NO ME GUSTA para nada su nueva política límitando operaciones simultáneas. En enero de 2025 el límite era tan solo 3 (!!!), en febrero de 2025 el limite ha sido aumentado a cinco transferencias simultáneas; hay que esperar hasta que las ordenes estén completadas para poder generar más. Ese límite probablemente no afecte a la mayoría de los clientes, pero afecta gravemente a clientes como yo, que generamos y luego financiamos varias transferencias a la vez.

Don't be influenced by false promises; I do not recommend anyone to use Remesita, after their problem with ALQUIMIAPAY they have banned and silenced in their community any user who demanded their funds. My experience was terrible, few are transparent and liars; once the problems with the funds began, they updated their policies and 1 month later they gave true information so that no user could attack them with any action.
