This bank is fraud
This bank is fraud. I have private loan from them. They kept on increasing my interest rate since last 2 years because riksbanken was increasing styrräntan but now when Riksbanken has decreased interest rate 2 times they just reduced my interest rate rate once by 0.25%. Ridiculously even though by decreased interest, my monthly installment amount is still same.
Moreover, total interest cost promised by bank is actually 4 Times more than they promised me in agreement. I will never recommend it to anybody. They are cheating it's clients. Whenever I call and ask for the reason, representatives just say we actually have no information amount this bla bla...
Since last 25 months, I have paid 160,000 kronor instalments but amazingly out of this 160k, only 36k was considered principal repayment, remaining 144k is considered interest payment. However, at time of agreement they said that in 9 years 140k will be interest cost. But I already paid 144k interest in 25 months.

As stated in your loan contract you have a moving interest on the loan. The reason for the interest changes have been that due to increasing interest rates our cost of funds have increased as well. Since we make our interest changes based on the cost of funds and not the changes directly from Riksbanken your interest will not follow the styrränta.
We hope that our cost of funds will decrease so that we can decrease the interest on your loan as well.
To answer your question regarding the amount of interest that you have paid is that it is a annuity loan which means that your amortization is not fixed each month. In the beginning of your loan period the amount of interest is higher than the amount of amortization, and for each year/month of the loan period the amount of interest you pay will decrease and the amount of amortization will increase. Every extra payment that you make to the loan will go straight to the amortization and you do not pay any interest on extra down-payments.

It's stressfully
Well I will use my own personal experience; I have a loan with you that I struggle every month to pay ....my loan interest increased like double what I use to pay ....and this has driven me to be clinically depressed and hyper stress from worries of how I am going to pay back my loans every day ...
Help by revisiting loans interest to lower it especially if the person is trying hard to pay.
Give more grace periods etc. reduce the interest as inflation has fallen .
