Remedy Meds Reviews 

After being on the program and having several issues along the way (continuous changing of the medication mix; side effects from meds being blended with the semaglutide; changing of pharmacies every month; viles arriving with not enough medication for the full month; and finally being advised yesterday via email that I was no longer eligible for the subscription with no explanation whatsoever. Based on several follow up emails I was advised that I could not be provided any information on why my subscription was cancelled for compliance reasons. I am assuming the mix I was receiving was not as profitable for Remedy as they kept wanting to add additional meds in with the semaglutide to make it less concentrated. I would ask the company not to respond with the same canned feedback I see on this site.

I got a phone call the same day for my medical evaluation. I look forward to my medication and help with weight loss.

I was charged month after month without receiving any medication. If you’re not keeping a close eye on your account, they’ll continue taking your money. This experience left me feeling completely misled and disappointed. Very poor service and transparency.

The nurse practitioner was very nice. She listened to my concerns and we made a game plan together.

High marks for giving people easy access to the Remedy Meds team, for any questions or concerns. They are very knowledgeable and it is quite easy to schedule a free consultation.
One very minor comment: Two days ago I had a scheduled video call . I logged on but the provider never showed. It was helpful that every 10 minutes, RM asked if I wanted to keep waiting. Not knowing if the provider had forgotten or was getting off another call, I waited for 30 minutes.
I ended up rescheduling and had a productive phone call this morning. However, the RM email reminders told me to log in to my portal and wait and sign in to the video call, which I did, luckily with cell phone on me. Then RM called my cell. That is fine- I would just ask that RM be more clear so I knew how I would be contacted.

My nurse was knowledgeable and very informative.

Practitioners were able to answer all my questions and helped me understand how important it is to plan for meeting weight goals and managing eating when I come off GPL1.

Order has been delivered on time and properly.

I’ve tried other services and Remedy Meds is by far the best. The medical and customer support is second to none.

Clinician was very pleasant and called me directly because she had challenges with getting connected into the portal. I appreciated her being resourceful so I was not left hanging. I was interested in switching medications and she explained the new meds, pros/cons, to prepare me.

The pricing is prohibitive. I'm looking at over vendors for that reason
