Rip off company that will be constantly reported and blasted across platforms untill they are damged they have failed to get back to my emails as the item was never delivered will be taking this company to court and trading standards and ombudsman utterly appalling rip off of a company

The superblend was missing and order arrived a 2 weeks too late.

last 2 orders have been taken out my bank and i never received the seamoss

I have a on going order for monthly delivery.
I don’t know what has gone wrong, but I have not had a delivery for 2months.

The product is good. Communication is awful. Three times I requested that the last shipment be skipped but it was still sent. I also requested my emails to be acknowledged but to date have received no answer

I love this product - its the perfect start to my day as I can feel the surge of nutrients which wakes me up. My skin feels healthier and my gut thanks me too!
Would recommend to everyone!

Customer service is excellent. Seamoss can be hit and miss with quality however the supertropic is consistent and can feel a difference. Would recommend.

I keep getting emails asking to leave a review. I’ve already left a review! What hasn’t happened is I’ve still not heard back from this company since sending numerous emails.

Terrible. I have contacted the company more than once about the massive difference in the quality of the product. It 8s now thin and watery, and the lids are not sealed on the jars. No reply of explanation. Unfortunately after a few years I have had no other choice but to cancel my subscription. Customer service was not remotely interested.

Product didn’t come for the second month in a row

I’ve been ordering for this company for quite awhile now and recently pressed the wrong button to keep getting the same stuff every month which I didn’t need to do because I put a large purchase in and the refund and returning the goods with so simple and I want to thank everybody there for provide an amazing productsand amazing customer service. Carry on a good work.

You sent the sea moss gel instead of sea moss with turmeric and ginget

I purchased Re-me-di Seamoss a few months ago on a handy monthly subscription. Have been taking it as recommended every day since. I can honestly say it’s really improved my health. I usually pick up all my kids coughs and colds really easily but so far have managed to swerve the poorlies entirely! I’ve really noticed a vast improvement in my brain fog, I feel more focussed and motivated which is great. The gel is easy to take, I just swallow one tablespoon a day straight off the spoon but you can mix into your drink if you prefer. Highly recommend this product as I think it’s really beneficial to my overall health, it’s super easy to build into your daily routine and is great value!

I received two successive starter packs and was charged twice for this.

I contacted Re-Me-Di and received a weak apology and no offer of refund.

I will be stopping my subscription as company doesn’t seem to care.

Product is good, but expires quickly and concerning the shelf stability. But most aggravating thing is they make it IMPOSSIBLE to adjust or cancel your subscription. False claims to “cancel anytime”. The website just takes you around in circles and there’s no direct way to make any changes to your subscription. It’s a waste and feels like a money grab.
