Please be informed that Rely does not approve 100% of payments. When determining which payment to approve, we consider a number of different factors that help us make the decision. On 30th March 2022, Rely has announced that will migrate with Pacenow company, hence our approval system will be more strict during the migration and transition time.
Therefore, we will suggest you proceed to create a Pacenow account instead for further using the PayLater options for your purchase. Also, for new users who created a new Pacenow account that using the same email address and mobile number that used in Rely, you will get a $30 discount voucher.

According to our system, your first order was failed to place and detect by the system. However, you have placed 2 successful orders on 7th December 2021 but both been canceled and refunded by the merchant - Zalora instead of Rely.
