We had a great experience for the first year with our spa. After a year the tub stopped heating up past 85°. We live in Santa Barbara CA, mild climate so wasn’t related to weather. After contacting the company, they said we had passed our one year warranty and refused to assist further or back up their product. Will not be purchasing from their company again. Can’t wait for Costco to release their next hot tub!

Loving our hot tub. We have had several prior to this one. This made it eadier to assemble this tub as the video lacks a printed out step by step instructions. The tub holds the temperatures great with the padded flooring and both covers for the top.

My order got lost.. now I have to wait for another month to get more.. I am a real pissed off customer 😤

I love this hot tub! I’ve even insulated it according to videos I watched on YouTube, and it’s working great during a colder than usual NJ winter. My only complaint is with the manual. Today I drained the tub, scrubbed, and refilled it with hot water from my basement slop sink. When I attempted to restart the motor I got an HL error code. The explanation in the manual was useless. Thankfully, a little research on-line cleared up the problem. The water in the tub was too hot. When it cooled to 103 degrees I was able to restart the motor with no problem. Relxtime, please make your manual clearer!

The heater quit in my hot tub and they immediately shipped my a new one.

After 60 hours of continuous heating, the tub still never reached above 101 and fell once it got there. Outside temp never dropped below 35. Product description should say that it is basically UNUSABLE during certain conditions??

I got this for my wife because we had heard that it can help with Rheumatoid Arthritis symptoms. She said that it has helped the last few nights. I would have given 5 stars but setup was way more than 5 minutes and I am not sure that the temperature on the control
Console is 100 percent accurate. For the money, it is a decent hot tub and I would recommend it as an affordable option.

The hot tub turned into just a tub. Won’t get hot and can’t get them to fix this issue. Only worked for 2 months

I’ve had my hot tub for 2 months now and I love it! I live on the east coast and I decided I want to use it in the winter as well. I insulated it underneath, sides and top and so far so good. Temps here have started dipping into the 20’s at times. I love this hot tub!!

Extremely easy purchase and set up of the spa. Works perfectly. Always a pleasure to get a product that meets all the criteria as listed.

Great love it came fast

We thoroughly enjoyed this hot tub for months. If you keep the filter clean and add appropriate chemicals, this hot tub will provide a nice and relaxing space to unwind.

However, your investment will only last a little while. Our hot tub suffered numerous leaks from regular usage and they were repairable but as of recent, it suffered a leak inside the shell at one of the structural membranes and it is non repairable. Relxtime did not participate in providing a replacement at a reduced rate to see if they can win us over.

We are going to experiment with a competitor.

My advice is to have a backup plan when your unit fails within the first 9 months and you're just out of the warranty period.

Just got er up n running last night. Seems very good quality. Son and wife enjoyed it tremendously.

The product is exactly what you represented it was it was packaged perfectly and reasonably easy to set up very much enjoy it and would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a light portable two person Spa

OMG! What a wonderful way to help me decide on whether or not to invest in a water feature. I love this portable hot tub! Love! Love! Love it! And the thought of being able to put it away when I want is an absolute game changer! The craftsmanship is above expectation. Even if it lasts for only 6 months, I’ll get my money’s worth. I feel like it, already and I’ve only had it a week!🤭
Having a water feature in my backyard is amazing! Having a durable water feature that is temporary? Is it! Period.

This is my second Relxtime 6 person tottub and the second time I'm having problems. This time I can't get the temp above 99 degrees. I have changed the filters twice and unplugged and restarted it several times with not improvement, W Smith
