TOTAL BS

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!
Do not waste your money or time on this company. False and misleading advertisement. The products aren't even close to how they are advertised. Bought a dog toy ball and the thing is so small it's ridiculous! Plus, my dog had it ripped apart in under three minutes.
Try to find a place on their website for returns and you won't find a thing! Man, I just wasted $25 on a piece of crap!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!

Don’t buy from here

Should have looked at the reviews. Do not buy from here. I ordered a warm dimmable light and got sent a bright white non dimmable light. Really poor quality as well not worth the amount asked for.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…they come across like they are a UK company and ‘fast shipping’ I placed an order for a light fitting on the 23rd November and it’s 12th December and still not arrived or any updates on where it is! I had an electrician booked to fit it as it said it would be here within 10-14 days but nothing yet! I assume it might not even arrive and the customer service has been awful with a generic message reply

Products are of extremely poor quality and not as advertised. They deliberately make returning items difficult with constant counter offers and refusal to provide an address.
In the end I reclaimed the money through my credit card company.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, they advertise as being UK based with a UK address, but all products come from China and communication is terrible

My purchase was 10 days later than the estimated delivery date I was given, and the products were not fit for purpose with no instructions included. They sent me a video in Chinese as a proposed solution!

When I asked for a refund they expected me to spend a fortune on shipping it back to China

Their website looks fabulous. We ordered 10 white outdoor lights - we got 3 black and 7 white. They took ages to come and then we had to wait ages for the replacement. We also ordered 3 island lights- the quality is so poor, there are gaps in the fixtures, the glass tints are different colours and the finish is not good. Upon requesting a refund- they refused as I was already issued a replacement for the incorrect lights they sent me in the first place. I spent over £600 on this website- do not waste your money.

Stay away from this company!

Nothing new here it seems. Ordered lights 1 month ago and still not here. Same message over and over from them when I chase them up.
Regulators should be stepping in to close this company down, now they are aloud to trade in the UK is beyond me. Cowboys

Scam

This is not a proper business. As per all other reviews here, items came either extremely late, damaged or didn't arrive at all. Essentially scamming people given it's clearly their normal way of operating.

On a mission.

Essentially, the company are a scam company. I’m pretty sure they are selling damaged goods from china and ‘claiming’ they are damaged in the post but still good enough to use, and offer a 20% discount. Which is a repeat of what other are experiencing.

Still awaiting a decision when I know they’ll ask me to send it back and lose the ticket.

So for their antics, I’ve decided to take up the cause of relentlessly exposing this company and causing people to stop buying from them. All for the amazing v price of £33 I paid for he damaged light

Goods were not packaged properly and looks like the package had done a world tour, being kicked around distribution centers and airports.

Ordered 4th of September, received 22nd September, damaged and unusable. They offered me a 20% discount to keep the product! Why would I do this when the goods are not fit to be used? Asked me to arrange return, when it is their responsibility to do so. Dispute raised with my credit card company. Service, not as expected, goods not as expected. Customer service, woeful!

I definitely would not recommend ordering from this company!

Worst company I have ever ordered from

Worst company I have ever ordered from. Did not make it clear that products were from China and therefore had to be returned to China. I paid the return costs and they are still refusing to refund me even though I have provided them with all the tracking information. This has been ongoing for months now. They are pretending that the tracking number doesn’t work when I am able to track the package.
Do not buy from this company!!!

Website a Total scam

Ordered the “ LED Ceiling Light with Starry Sky – Modern Chandelier Design for Children's Rooms and Living Rooms × 1” for my unborn child’s nursery, due to it stating that it was “dimmable” on the website.
Item arrive in a poorly packaged cardboard box which looked like they found in a bin,
Installed the light myself as I’m an electrician, and the light doesn’t dim at all.
Complained asking for a refund via email, and about 20 back and forward emails with “so called support” called “Erin” asking me for a partial refund varying from 10% up to 20% and then back down to 10% again.
The entire company is a scam, done some digging into the “Joes Hook Limited” and it says dissolved back in June / July.
Do not trust this website, must be shut down immediately, going to charge back through my back

Don't use/ buy from this company

Please please don't use this company. I ordered four lights which came directly from China and the communication during transit was very poor. One of the lights is defective and despite reporting this and expecting them to honour their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they have refused to do so. Appalling after sales service too, I got emails in a different language that I couldn't understand. Stay well away from this company, I am informing the Trading Standards of their practices and taking them to the small claims court !

i ordered a pair of light fittings for my hall and landing delivery of the first light came about 2 weeks after ordering the second light not for approx 10 days after the first this second light arrived damaged so i contacted relviora who asked me to allow time to contact the supplier eventually they said a replacement would be sent this took another 3 weeks to arrive from china and also arrived damaged i contacted relviora who requested 48 hours to look into the issue advised i was not willing to wait weeks again for another replacement and requested returns labels to send all items back for a full refund, they have refunded the one light and now stopped replying to my emails as i have stated i wish to return the other light as i ordered 2 for a stair case and 1 light is of no use to me!! id advise to stay clear of this site this issue has been ongoing for nearly 7 weeks and i still dont have what i ordered and paid for very disappointing!!

Avoid at all costs!
My wife has a chronic back condition that means she couldn’t have a bath without support.
I found a product on line that sounded great for my wife to be able to enjoy a bath again.
Its description was a non slip spa bath pillow with easy to attach suction cups.
On delivery, which took an age, there were no suction cups at all you would basically just slide down the bath!
I made contact explaining the fault and had to send photos, the reply ( which is clearly automated) was our only options were to have the same product sent again or another product from their range at the same price range.
I requested a refund, which according to their terms and conditions I was intitled to, but they replied that they do not give refunds at all, they even sent a link of their terms conditions which I checked, and their in black and white, I’m intitiled to a full refund!!
Unfortunately it’s still on going with my last email reply saying I will find out my legal position through my credit card company to get it sorted out.
Having read reviews on here I’m not holding my breath.
A warning too all, if the product you receive is not right basically tough luck!

BEWARE- they only delivered 20%of my order

This company have the facade of a European/British company but they are infact Chinese.
We ordered multiple lights from them for a project so they all needed to match. They delivered only 2 lights and I chased them for many weeks for all the missing lights with no success. I told them the 2 random lights they delivered were of now of no use as I needed all of my order to complete the project but they said I would need to send them back to China at my own expense.
I had to order lights from a UK based company to complete my project.
Relviora still won't refund me for the lights not will they uplift them. Beware of this company as they are not what they appear to be and the level of service is shockingly poor.

If I could give no stars I would. The lights I bought are not IP65 rated do can’t be installed outside. The electrician said they were dangerous. I didn’t realise that you have to return the items to China which costs £45.00. They are just ripping people off. Do not use this company. They are saying they are based in London.THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA!! Did anyone else think it strange that all the 5 Star reviews are all by people with German sounding surnames!! Strange!
