Great tasting but lack of options. Customer service don’t return emails, products showing sold out for months so limited products to choose from. It’s a shame because the product is very good.

This company is a scam. They sent me half an order way back in June, only replied to my emails enquiring about it in August saying they will resolve it and 5 chaser emails later (now November), no replies. I tried to call them but it only forwards to voice mail.

While this is happening, my card is still being charged for future orders which I can't cancel because I can't log in to my account and the website doesn't allow me to reset my password as well! I had to get the bank involved

I'm The Shields Viking Outdoors on YouTube!!! I quite often take a relo meal with me on a camp because they are lightweight, easy to pack and not to mention delicious. I would highly recommend to those that haven't tried any of these fantastic meals to give them a go immediately 🤣. Thanks Relo and keep up the good work. I would love some new flavours though.

I ordered from Relo foods a month ago and was looking forward to trying it. I was not happy with the product and did not like the taste nice at all. I have just received another order from them and want to return my order and receive a refund. I have sent them three emails so far and up to now, still have not heard back. If they do not reply, I will be going through the ADR scheme and/or the FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN.

HORRIFIC customer experience. Ok some of the meals are not that bad, and when you compare to dry powder mixes the textures are a lot better because they have actual meat in - and they are definitely convenient. But if there is ever an issue with your order you will not hear back from them. At all. They have a customer service email - they don’t reply. I’ve followed up on a query over the course of a few months now and literally nothing. I got one reply about 6 months ago for a separate matter, then nothing since. Just downright disrespectful. They will replace meals in your order with alternatives that they will not warn you about in advance. You could get literally anything in your delivery. If they run out before your order is despatched (has happened on every single one of my orders) then it’s a lucky dip I’m afraid! I’ve been a subscriber for a while but with zero customer service and a subscription model which means you literally never get what you’ve ordered I’ve had to cancel. Bit of a shocker as it wouldn’t be so hard to keep my custom if they just put a bit of effort into making customers feel respected. Maybe I’ll come back for the convenient meals some day (when I know they’re definitely out of the ones I don’t like!) but they’ve ruined it for now.

Quality items, arrived quickly, very tasty meals, easy to pack in my rucksack, and the empty packs folded away nicely for the bin bag, only sampled 2 so far, but will have more at the weekend.

Excellent quality — fresh, clean food with no nasties, just pure produce. It’s a brilliant idea: super convenient, nutritious, and delicious. Can’t ask for more — well done, Relo

The food is expensive for what you get,but nice.

I've tried these food pouches a few times on wild camping trips. Plenty variety of flavours & the ones I have tried have all been excellent. Nice big chunks of meat - real food in a bag. Only reason it lost 1 star is because I think Relo should look at getting more air out of the bag to take up less space in the rucksack.

Great food for DofE, the healthiest one out there. It would be good if the pouches came in various sizes, my son needed 2 pouches per meal. Quick dispatch and delivery, very quick replies from customer support.

Just finished Spine Challenger South race. Used meatballs and pasta. Colin’s not be a better Spine Race food.

I didn’t receive my order because the delivery driver missed me, it isn’t a problem with relo but dpds should of left it at the door as I needed it that weekend and had to order from another site. Someone I know did say your food was good so I will be reordering.

I really like the airsealed packaging, it's so easy to store.

Meals are tasty and really easy to prepare and eat. Fact they are so easy to store and keep is a winner.
