Absolutely awful - do not shop here. Terrible communication, took a week to get the order right, and then they said they needed three weeks to fulfill a non-personalized order, but when I try to cancel they refuse even though they had not started the order. Had to dispute charge to credit card company.

Beware of this company! If you do not like product they give you address to return but never return money for purchase. Any personalized item there is no returns! When I finally received my large order I was very disappointed! Jewelry looked like something I could have bought at a kids store! I reached out to them and after not receiving my refund for my first item in the order that i sent back they wanted me to return the birthstones myself. I didn’t trust that process. I told them I was not going to leave a good review and the told me that I was invaluable and they could not help me with the return!! Beware!!!!!

They sent the wrong item on an order and since have been ignoring my emails and messages on instagram. Now having to push for a refund through paypal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THE QUALITY IS LESS THAN POOR AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH!!!!!! I purchased a necklace for my daughter that my grandson could give to his mommy for her birthday. The website said it was sterling silver and cost >$150.00. I expected a high quality since it was quite expensive for sterling silver. When it finally came it was costume jewelry. Not even nice looking costume jewelry. NOT sterling silver! I tried to return it and they said it was a custom order.. because it had an initial charm. There was nothing custom about it. It came out of the drawer full of the A initials. There is a photo of a bunch of initial charms, making it obvious that they are pre-made and available. When I went back and checked the reviews where they said were 5 star, they were not for the item I ordered. The photos in the reviews were blurry but obviously not the item ordered.

I was unhappy with the quality appearance and quality of the necklace I ordered. A return was not permitted because it was considered custom. It is not a custom piece; all the jewelry on the site is considered custom. I find this very disappointing.
