Incredible experiance.

I purchased a Sauna from Relaxacare and it arrive within 3 days, set up by David and Carter and it was an absolute amazing experience. Both were kind and patient with my all my questions so I would totally recommend the White Glove service.

I had been shopping around for months going to different places and the experience was abysmal at best. Relaxacare answered all of my questions and tailored the sauna and purchasing experience to what I was looking for and I am not ready to purchase my massage chair and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Relaxacare Burlington store provided me…Excellent Teamwork and Service

Relaxacare Burlington store provided me with outstanding service and unconditional support with my purchase of a Costway 2 person sauna. The sales team headed by Alyssa and staff were professional, pleasant and well informed regarding that product. They were instrumental in making our decision to purchase from Relaxacare. Ryan in tech support is to be commended for his excellent knowledge and persistence in helping to resolve an issue we had with one component. He doesn't have the words "give up" in his vocabulary. Thanks to all the staff involved in making our purchase such a pleasant experience. Well Done, Burlington store team!!!

Hands down best service

Hands down, Relaxacare is the best wellness company in the business. Starting with Customer Service. Jason and his team care for you right from the start. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and they have the best prices on massage chairs, saunas and essentially anything in the wellness space. I wouldn’t go any where else for my wellness products.

I got my sauna at Relaxacare. It was the best price and we love it! Got it on time and it looks great in our home. Everything went very smoothly and people were very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend them.

Bad service....They delivered a broken sauna when I call them for refund or replacement they stopped replying me. I think most of their google reviews are fake.

We have investigated and know of the company that is doing these 1 star reviews and our legal counsel is now involved. This is not a genuine review and 2 back to back reviews indicating we are a scam is outlined due to us winning in this market and companies not liking us hence the fake reviews. We have many google reviews and zero evidence our reviews are fake and unfair to randomly say this. In fact in our store we have cameras and we do live reviews with thousands of customers and have proof of our reviews. You can check our social media pages and our network group.

Hello, clearly this is a scam since the 1 star before this was also from the united kingdom and your location is in India. We know this is a competitor doing this. We will respond accordingly. We take claims like this very seriously. However, after carefully reviewing our order records and service tickets, we have no record of a broken sauna being delivered to a customer under this name or of any unresolved request for a refund or replacement. We have over 1300 google reviews and you can check those users leaving reviews and you will see they have left reviews on other brands or companies making it impossible for us to have " fake reviews" but the wording for sure means that this is a competitor trying to attack us. We know who this is and we will be sending a legal letter to this company for attempting to sabotage our good name

Relaxacare has fulfilled over 47,000 orders and maintains strict procedures for handling freight deliveries and product issues. In the rare situation where a product arrives damaged, our team responds quickly to arrange replacement parts, exchanges, or manufacturer support. We do not ignore customers reporting legitimate issues. again as mentioned in our last 1 star that was illegally done we have ai systems that prevent " not responding" so the attempt to say we are not responding is impossible and its being used as a tool to hurt our good name

We also respond to all emails and phone calls received through our support channels. At this time, we have not located any communication matching the situation described in this review.

fraud company

NEVER ! Never ! never buy from Relaxacare . Bought a massage chair paid advance - never delivered scammed me out of my money.

Big scammers ! Plus no answers what a fraud company this guy is running ..

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Firstly we do not ship to india and its obvious that this is a fake review from a competitor. We only ship in Canada. There would be more information given such as the type of chair, the amount on the chair, the model number and information such as " i spoke to this rep" How do you know other customers who have faced the same issue? That statement alone should prove how false and wrong this entire review is.

Relaxacare has processed over 47,000 orders and has grown to become one of the larger wellness retailers operating in Canada. After reviewing your review, we attempted to locate your order in our system using the name provided but were unable to find any record associated with it. We also have monitored systems including the use of ai to ensure all calls are responded to swiftly so it is impossible to " ignore" calls. As well we have implemented many years ago a live chat feature that our staff can respond to. I have searched for your name, i have checked our ai system and i have checked our chat inbox and all have been responded to within less than 1 hour.

We also noticed that your other reviews appear to be based in the United Kingdom. To clarify, Relaxacare does not ship to, advertise in, or conduct any sales within the United Kingdom. Our company operates within North America, and at this time we do not service or fulfill orders to the UK market.

Because of this, it is very likely that our company has been mistaken for another business with a similar name located in your country.

For transparency, we respond to all customer inquiries and take service seriously. In fact, we responded publicly to this review within 44 minutes in an effort to resolve the concern quickly.

Jason, Alyssa and Laurie are the most amazing people. They genuinely care about you and your needs when it comes to making a decision on your sauna or massage chair.

Getting a Costway massage chair has changed my life! I recover faster from my workouts, I sleep better and my stress levels are lower than ever before!

The whole process of ordering, setting up my delivery and getting white glove service was seamless and very easy! I also take comfort in knowing that my purchase is fully protected by their awesome warranty.

Great Group of People who care about the people they serve

I had a great experience with Relaxacare. Jason and Alyssa genuinely care about their customers and were incredibly supportive throughout my decision to purchase a sauna. Their knowledge of the products made the entire process easy and stress-free, and it was clear they truly stand behind what they sell.

The installation and service team were equally impressive — very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, and the setup was done with care and attention to detail.

After shopping around

After shopping around, I realized how big of an investment a massage chair can be. I had a friend who purchased a massage chair from Relaxacare and recommended that I take a look. I visited the store and explained that I was concerned with reliability and longevity of the brand vs some of the other stores are newer and worries they won’t exist in a year or two. I was informed that Relaxacare has been in business over 10 years and that I can call in 1-2-3 years knowing my purchase is protected. This was a big relief after having visited a number of smaller stores that looked like they just opened or looked like they were a bad month from going under. I’m very happy with the my purchase, the staff and the great warranty.

During the purchase portion of my transaction, the sales person was very approachable and knowledgeable about the products .We had an initial phone call which was informative annd helped us choose the right product for us. Follow up texts were quick and answered all questions. Arranging a delivery was great. The initial date of delivery was a couple weeks away, however customer service stayed on top of things and managed to reschedule within a couple days due to a cancellation. I will use this company again.
