I ordered 1 bottle to try, delivery very poor took nearly 3 weeks to arrive.
And have now found out when more money has been taken from my account they signed me up to a membership, I did not sign up to any membership I made sure it was a one off order!!! Then once I logged in to PayPal they have actually took 3 payments of £23!!! Over the last month absolute disgrace and to top of off no way of communicating with them!

Worst customer service ever!
Do not buy from this unethical company.
I was signed up to a membership program without any authorisation and with no discount offered on the initial order. (I was actually charged more than the listed one off payment)
Products took weeks to arrive with just one email to advise it was on its way ( with an incorrect shipping number)
Sent multiple emails with no response. Have been trying to remove this membership( that I didn’t sign up for) but they are refusing to help.

Do not Buy its a scam you order one and a few days later the take more money out of your bank account £ 23.53 for a club you didn't sign up too and that's paying via PayPal!
Stop lying I didn't get a discount price the discount price on fb was 12.? I paid 15.? As it stated a one off payment. I didn't sign up for any subscription and the fact you've used the bank card that isn't even In my name and you wasn't authorised to use it again Fact it was a friend's card not mine ie not in my name that should have told you not to reuse it.
I've notified PayPal and they have now removed you from anymore payment from my account. My friend has told her bank that she never authorised any second payment and how we continue to email you and still never get a straight answer. Her bank has frozen you and has open a investigation into retrieving the 23.53 that you taken without her knowledge. . So don't try to justify by your reply it's still not answered or returned the second payment that I don't even have access to any club! Let alone I never signed up. I will be contacting consumers rights and reporting you if my friends account doesn't get her 23.53 back and as for the 15.96 package I can resend it bank for a full refund!.iam not satisfied with your product never on your site did you ever mention the prod uct is from CHINA!!! Do not buy!
As many others have already said, I had money taken for a membership that I did not agree to subscribe to. I was denied a refund.
Given that so many other people have had the same issue, it is obviously Rejuvit’s lack of clarity that is the issue and not the customers’ mistake.
The ‘account’ information I was given does not work so I cannot log on to cancel the subscription. I have had to block any further payment attempts.

I have ordered from this company once 1 bottle and have received it. However, a few weeks later I got a bank notification that the money is about to be taken out for membership from Rejuvit company. Now I have not paid for membership or agreed to pay for it as I only wanted to try one bottle. I opted out of membership when I paid for the bottle. Its absolute scam! Very sneaky way to get you to buy more
I was ordering the offer via PayPal and other offers were showing so I added to the basket to see how much the final cost would be to find out the order was completed and costing me nearly £80. I then tried to cancel immediately and sent an email. I only got a response when the items were shipped and was told it's to late to cancel.

I ordered my second lot of menopause tablets at the end of November which was a one time purchase and the money was taken out
Yesterday I had money taken out which was £8 more than I originally paid and I haven't ordered anything more and have been in touch with customer service and no reply

As stated in many other reviews, I purchased a "once off purchase" but they automatically sign you up to a membership without notifying you. A month after purchasing 3 bottles I was charged again and no additional products sent. Paypal cancelled the subscription but Rejuvit advised the membership fee is not refundable.

It happened to me too
It happened to me too, 11th November, I clicked to get ONE bottle and it switched to 6 while paying, I immediately - no more than 2 mins later - sent an email to ask for the cancel the order. I was said they had already sent it, so they couldn't cancel because it was on its way already... it's 1st of December the 6 bottles just arrived. If this were a good product, the company wouldn't need to resource to scamming.

The same story as many reviews of this company. The website is extremely misleading and you end up with more than you wanted but its the so called membership club that is the real con. I clicked one time purchase, it does not say the price given is only if you sign up for a membership, then you get a confirmation email which has the membership on it priced at £0.00 then one week later money comes out of your account for the membership which you didnt sign up for. Shocking that this company seems to be continuously getting away with this, lesson learned always read reviews when dealing with a new company, in the meantime i have emailed the company for a refund to no response yet. I will raise a resolution ticket with pay pal. Shame as the product looked good but maybe thats all a con as well.

It's a catch
I have just purchased 3 bottles but was unaware I had to have a membership, I will not be needing any more of there products and am trying to cancel the membership, I have so far sent 10 emails all of which have been ignored. I do not want a membership, can't afford to pay out money every month. Make sure you read everything before you make a purchase.
Think I might need legal advice if this membership cancellation isn't acknowledged soon.

Awful experience …
I fell for all the promises told to me about this product....my fault, BUT at no time did I ever agree to a VIP membership at $29.99 a month. When I went on their website to cancel my very expensive membership the page is not available....big shock! So I emailed customer service. I was told that I am not eligible for a membership cancellation at this time. So on Nov. 7th I made and was charged $57 for my purchase, then on Nov. 19th I was charged $29.99 or the VIP membership, that's when I emailed customer service. Then on Nov. 23rd I was charged $29.99 for the VIP membership again! I have had to file a grievance with the fraud department at PayPal. And the best part is the product doesn't work for me...if it even works for anyone, who knows. I want a total refund but am not even confident that I will not be charged for another VIP membership in the next week or so. Stay FAR away from this corrupt company.

I didn't say that there was a problem with the menopause order it was the Belly Reset order where I ordered 1 bottle a month for 16,96 as per their offer which I screenshot and sent to them , but they're telling me I'm confused about the order. I have only asked for the difference to be refunded and and the subscription to be cancelled which they have not acknowledge in the email . I have no confidence in this company.
I'm not a stupid person and I buy a lot of things online and always read everything before finalising my order.
