The company is very easy to deal with and they have great products

Received my package from USPS and it was empty. Someone had ripped it open and stole 4 bottles out of the package. A note from USPS said they were sorry. How about catching the person responsible for stealing it. Just like the rest of our government...liars and thieves 😡 The company immediately replaced the products for no cost. Very quick response to my inquiries. Thanks for taking care of your customers in a very timely manner. I know shipping is a big cost today but USPS
is not who I want handling my purchases!

The product is great. Really helps me sleep.
And, the customer service is outstanding!
After sending the company an email regarding a defective spray, I received multiple responses SO quickly, and a replacement was sent out the following day. Really impressive.

Have only used the sleep pen for about a week, but enjoying it! And just read about using 1-2 sprays if you wake up in the night! Good to know! Unfortunately my pen stopped working, but one email and they were on it sending a replacement one! Great customer service!

I have been suffering with Insomnia for several years now. I have tried over the counter remedies Tylenol PM/Aleve PM/Benadryl/CBD/and Unisom/ and Dr. Prescriptions. Nothing has worked. I saw Rejuvia Midnight Bliss. I Squirt 8 sprays under my tongue before my nighttime routine. It is working. It relaxes me and I don't wakeup with a Foggy Hangover Head. The owner RC is a makes everything right if you have any problems with the product. Give it a try

I received the product on Saturday, May 9, 2026, I really was not expecting much as I have struggled with sleep most of my life and have tried many things. I again learned not to trust Facebook with products they advertise. I had the WORST night of trying to sleep and felt more energized that sleepy. The product failed. I am afraid to try again so I won't.

This product is amazing! The first couple of nights I was skeptical, but the last few nights I’ve had exceptional sleep! I fall asleep within 14 minutes and I stay asleep for a good 7 hours!! No 3:00am wake ups! I’m thrilled!!

Contacted customer service because an order that I placed did not apply the discount code. Sent an email and got a very quick response back. The next day the Credit was pending in my credit card account. To me that is great customer service.

My shipment did not arrive and they were able to send out a new order. The same day, very great customer service.

When i received my order I noticed that the bag was torn open . I was so disappointed. I wasn’t sure what to do. I decided to email Rejuvia and let them know what happened. I immediately received a response!!! I was so excited!!! And they notified me a replacement was on the way. I give them 100 % awesome Customer service. And the product itself is amazing!! I enjoy being able to fall asleep quickly with Rejuvia!!!

Rejuvia is a wonderful product that's already helping me tremendously!
And not only is the product great, but the customer service, the family that runs this business, clearly cares about their customers, and in this day and age of new businesses that's not always the case. I had an issue with my order, some of it did not show up because of the package being damaged by the shipping company.But, the company was right on it,when I made them aware of the situation, and sent out a brand new order. That order included the two items that I had already received and started using, even though they didn't have to do that. I will definitely be doing business with them again, when I run out of the products. Cheers to stellar customer service!

I have been using Rejuvia for over a year. It helps me so much. I use a CPAP nightly and before using it the spray I would have a very hard time falling asleep and so because I would fiddle with my CPAP on my face I will use it as long as they make it. Thank you so much for creating such an amazing product.

Tried it for a week straight and did nothing for me. Asked for a refund but they were very nice in telling me that sometimes it takes two weeks of consistency for it to work. I’m trying again for 2 weeks straight and we’ll see how it goes.

I have been a long time customer with a subscription for the sleep spray product. I received a spray that stopped dispensing product about half way through the contents. I contacted Rejuvia to inform them of the issue I was having. Their response was to simply ask for a photo of the defective product and any numbers on the sprayer. I was able to provide the photo, but there were no numbers on the sprayer so I looked at the current sprayer on hand and provided them with those numbers.
They have since replaced the product with a new sprayer with nothing further requested.
That's great customer service. I have always received great product in the past and was pleased by their prompt response. Highly recommend their product and will continue using.

This product worked for me and I will continue to be part of the family. I had an issue with one of the sprays and the activity was quick and great communication.

I had doubts at first, but I am getting great night's sleep. The company ships promptly and their customer service is great.

Rejuvia has been a part of my sleep routine for a few years. It’s the final thing I do before turning out the light. I fall asleep within 20 min while I read my book. It works!

I sent them a DM around 8:30 PM and even though it was probably past their business hours it was answered in less than 15 minutes. Impressive customer support!

The sleep spray of Rejuvia really works!! My family cannot live without it. Going on a trip and realized we were low, contacted in the middle of the night and they responded to make sure product got here before we left. Customer service like on other. Couldn’t recommend product and company enough! 10/5 score! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
