Disappointed…

I have been coming here for different treatments since the business opened for various treatments. They were brilliant at first and because of that's I gave them my loyalty.
But in the last few years the service has down hill and because of this I refuse to give my custom here.
I had a chemical peel with a micro needling treatment.
She never used an ice pack to numb my face or used an antiseptic or SPF after the treatment.
They should of done the micro needling as normal and then after put mask on for a few minutes, then wiping my face put antiseptic and SPF to finish.
I feel my session was a waste it only took less then 5 minutes it was very rushed.
They have in the past got there employees to write good reviews for them. I have witnessed this with my own eyes.

1 star. Misleading treatment descriptions, booking errors, and ignored complaints.

I paid £1,389 for a course of Morpheus8 Face and LaseMD treatments in January 2026. During my first Morpheus8 session I discovered, mid-appointment and after numbing cream had already been applied, that "Morpheus8 Face" does not include the forehead or eyes. Those are charged as extras. Nobody mentioned this during my consultation, at the point of sale, or in any of the reminder calls I received beforehand.
The appointment ran for nearly two hours. Numbing cream was applied to three separate areas, none of which were ultimately treated, due to a booking error made by the clinic's own reception team. I was offered a £36 serum during the wait, despite receiving one complimentary at my previous session.
I raised a formal complaint and was told by a colleague on the day that a refund would be possible. The manager subsequently refused, citing a "2 month refund window" that was never communicated to me at any point. She escalated to senior management on 25 February. It is now 2 March and I have heard nothing.
I wish I had read the reviews here before booking. I am now pursuing a Section 75 claim through my card issuer.

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before using their services from this place.

I had 3 different treatments done including the Endolift which didn’t show any improvement. Instead of acknowledging the that treatment don’t work they were trying to sell me another treatment (Morpeous8) which was going to be even less effective and I had already tried!! The manager herself has made a video saying this treatment gives more subtle results compared to the Endolift!!!

I have wasted so much money here. They just want to make money.

Decieved about price

I have had a very bad experience with this clinic (Bradford Broadway branch). I enquired about cryo pen treatment a couple of weeks ago and was told that the costs will be: £115 for the first session and £15 for each subsequent session. I've been told that most likely three sessions will be needed at least, so the total cost will be £145 for 3 sessions. We agreed on that and paid £50 deposit. Today when I attended the first session I was told that the total price to pay is £175! That is because they count the treatments "per lesion", not per session! But that wasn't discussed any time previously. We were talking about sessions of treatments, regardless of how many zones on the skin they would treat, not separate spots where the pen touches the skin. So the price went up from £145 for 3 sessions to £175 for 1 session! So, I was robbed and decieved and I would never come back to this clinic again. If you are going there, make sure you know exactly what you are being charged for, as when it comes to payment the story may change drastically.

Hi Liana,
Sorry to hear about your experience. It’s not possible with a treatment like cryopen to charge per session. We maybe removing one mole on one person or 30 on the other. This is industry practice and not exclusive to us.

Wouldn’t use again

Absolute charlatans & a very disorganised customer experience. Booked the hydrafacial offer and checked this included everything at booking. On the day, person had no clue what package I’d booked or advised me if anything was extra. Tried to charge me full price at booking til I showed them conf and forgot my deposit, I’ve been chasing them for a refund for days. Appointment started 20mins late too! There are much more professional hydrafacial salons out there

Laser hair removal burns

My sister and I jumped on a recent Black Friday 70% off package deal for laser hair removal. A patch test showed no immediate side effects and we signed a contract and paid for a course of 12 sessions there and then. We just wish we read that contract closer and took a little more time to think about spending so much money in one go - There was a strict no refund policy and a risk of a number of side effects, including burns of 'any degree'! In hindsight this is a risk we would not have taken...

My legs began stinging shortly after my first session and when I got home I noticed many dark flat stripey burn lines down the sides of my legs. My sister also found a few smaller burn marks on her groin and armpits. We were not on any photosensitive medication, hadn't tanned, and followed all their advice, so we strongly felt that something had gone wrong on their side. The next morning we spoke to Shahzad, the company owner, whilst this may have been unintentional, his lack of concern angered and alienated us - he didn't ask about our symptoms and he was quick to remind us there was no refund policy.

A week later we went back to the clinic. The clinic manager apologised and agreed to refund us in return for signing a legally binding letter which claimed we had been fully compensated. We lost about £400 as the refund didn't include the package discount, but we were relieved the whole drama was over. There is no way for us to know what caused the burns, however, there are a few concerns we want to point out here...

We paid quickly because we were told there wouldn't be a deal like it till next year and we should 'lock it in'. However, just days after Black Friday they offered a similar 60% off Festive Deal on their website, so the deals are likely just a sales tactic. Making the risks more obvious and central to the consultation, and encouraging clients to take more time over their decision before getting out the card machine, might avoid a lot of stress and damage on both sides. It would have definitely improved our customer satisfaction.

Our skin is dark-ish. We knew some lasers were not suitable for our skin type, so we were drawn to Rejuvaskin's advert for 'Primelase', a laser that can be fine tuned to many different skin types. We were patch tested with this laser but the laser used in our first full session was called 'Omnia Lumen Et Plus'. We weren't told that we would be treated with this laser, we only noticed the different name on the machine at the end of our session. When we asked about Omnia, we were assured that it had all the same capabilities as the Primelase. We couldn't find much info about it online and we can't help but wonder if some some slight difference in the calibration, or power, or age of the different machines, might have caused our burns.

Our therapists dry shaved our skin. We had already shaved the day before and hadn't moisturised as instructed, so our dry skin ended up being grazed and nicked, then lasered over. We also wonder if this was something that could have caused or exacerbated the burns.

We are lucky our burns aren't worse and we know they will heal and fade with time. We hope our experience will help people to be a little more cautious and questioning of Rejuvaskin, or indeed any clinic, offering laser hair removal.
