Failed to honor their advertised refund policy

While the RejuvaKnee massager does provide some very temporary comfort for my knees, the 4 Neuromuscular stimulators were worthless. When I returned them for the promised refund, they stalled, equivocated, even told me the $259.96 refund was credited back to my Visa account. It never was. After the BBB asked them about the refund, they simply ignored them too. Do NOT do business with this company. They are not trustworthy.

I wrote a review of a faulty product

I wrote a review of a faulty product. Company didn't respond. Emailed and tried calling. No answer and phone rings then cuts off. Has billed me $42.95 for months. I don't receive anything. I finally canceled my card. Today l got an email from TRUST Pilot for more info. Tried including all issues but it cut off and didn't let me go back. You'd think if RejuvaKnee was legitimate, they would have contacted me. Scam company. Read reviews. They continue to bill but don't send anything. I regret the day l believed in them. They use everyone's credit card but don't send anything. They owe me around $500.

Absolute worse product for shoulder…

Absolute worse product for shoulder relief ever. It’s designed for the knee and impossible to put on your shoulder by yourself. Would NOT stay in place and you can’t see the setting once it’s on your shoulder to adjust etc. Then they were to do a call with me to go over how to use and I never received a contact back even though told twice I would. I tried to return but because it wasn’t 90 days+ they wouldn’t take it back. THEN they kept charging my cc once a month for an additional 4 months. HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. Have now filed a cc dispute in hopes of getting back the 4 extra charges at the very least!

Complete dog poop of a company

Complete dog poop of a company, cannot make a good product, there is a reason there is a 90 day warranty! It's because it lasts 4-5 mths of minimal time usage and then it breaks. Don't spend money on this company, get something cheaper and understand you will replace at a much lower cost. You can get two for probably 4x longer than this product lasts. Garbage.

Not Great at All

Not great! Item does not fit well on the lower shoulder as well as the upper; difficult to reach for straps to secure. Difficult to secure the lower strap since you have to reach with one hand and secure with the same hand while fastening around the arm that needs the massage. Does not lay flat on shoulder as shown on photos.Never felt the heat/vibration.
Difficult to reach the buttons to activate while pin the should. Need to look in mirror to set control. When I removed to set control and replaced while it was red to would off. Maybe, instead redesign so lower arm strap could reach to the outer top of the arm band to close. The top could be formed more toward a cup so to lay flatter on the shoulder!

I ordered Rejuvaknee to help with my sore knee…

I ordered Rejuvaknee to help with my knee pain. I was very surprised! After using it for about 40mins I took it off and let my knee and leg rest. Still sore and stiff but much less. The next day, my knee was not stiff and sore. It was actually flexible. Now I use the Rejuvaknee several times a week. Worth the $$

Ripoff…

Bought knee pad with heat and massage and a red lite wand. Pad was nothing more than pounding, hurting with warm pad. The heat wand burned a finger moving it after less than 2 min. No response after numerous attempts to get them. Returned this morning.
