I'm so thankful we found Rejuva Fresh
Very happy with our 18 in 1 Hydra Spa and with the customer service. Frankly it was time for an upgrade, and I'm so thankful we found Rejuva Fresh. Our previous hydro dermabrasion machine (from another company) had been quite expensive and just not worth fxing for the third time. Instead of paying fix that other machine we invested in the new Rejuva Fresh machine that's so much more advanced. The results are fantastic, and I already have my eye on couple other Rejuva Fresh machines we may just be adding very soon!

Emshape Neo Fit -Expecting visible results? This model won’t deliver
I purchased the Emshape Neo Fit without RF and used it consistently for two months. In my case, I have not seen any visible results. The device produces only very subtle contractions, without external muscle movement, unlike other EMS equipment I’ve seen online.
Customer service was responsive and professional. They investigated thoroughly and confirmed with the factory that very slight coin movement (coin test) and subtle contractions are considered normal performance for this model. This means the device is designed for moderate, comfortable stimulation, not for visible results.
If I had known at the beginning that this model provides only subtle stimulation without visible outcomes, I would not have bought it.
For personal use, this may suit someone looking for gentle sessions. However, for those expecting visible outcomes or planning to use it in a business setting (such as body‑remodeling salons), I believe this equipment will be disappointing and a poor investment.
Update: after the company's reply.
While I appreciate the reply, I would like to clarify that my concern is not about failing to consult, it is about the equipment not meeting the expectations set by Rejuva Fresh’s marketing. Customers should not be made to feel at fault for trusting advertised claims.
When I purchased the EMShape Neo Fit, the product specifications did not mention that a consultation was required before ordering, and no one advised me of this at the time.
I was surprised to be described as a “stronger individual.” I am in my 50s and have never done bodybuilding or fitness training before.
From the very beginning, I raised concerns about not feeling strong contractions. Following Rejuva Fresh’s own advice, I used the most advanced programmes (automatic M5 at 100% intensity and manual mode with all parameters at maximum). Despite this, I did not experience visible contractions or results.
Other customers have reported that even at lower intensities they felt contractions that were too strong, which makes my experience very different.
Unfortunately, even after training and repeated use, the outcome has not changed. I am disappointed, as I expected visible results and stronger performance from the equipment.
In conclusion, despite following all instructions and using the highest settings, the device delivered no visible results. It did not meet the advertised expectations and represents poor value for the cost.
I'm extremely disappointed.

And please allow me to emphasize to all readers that, when investing in a piece of equipment, whether EMS body sculpting, a laser or any professional aesthetic equipment, we highly encourage a consultation prior to ordering. A consultation with one of our product advisors by phone and/or a virtual demo is available Monday-Friday.
Emshape neo fit is currently our entry level device with a more budget friendly upfront investment cost. The electromagnetic strength rating of EMShape is 3 (on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the strongest). Of course Rejuva Fresh has many models with maximum electromagnetic output that’s several times stronger and deeper than that on the emshape neo fit. Generally, for more active stronger individuals we recommend a machine with a rating of at least 5. Or you can also go for one of our EMShape level 9 or 10 machines if you want the strongest in the marketplace.
All this being said, allow me to also remind everyone that with high intensity focused electromagnetic treatments, patients can expect to feel some results, like increased firmness, right after a session, however significant results will typically show up around 6-8 weeks after completing the full series (typically one month of 8 sessions) as your body continues to build muscle and burn fat. Most of our machines include radio frequency which helps to burn fat as well, although the EMShape Neo Fit is focused on electromagnetic treatment.
And finally Adriana, if I may suggest, it could be beneficial to participate in an additional complimentary training session to help optimize performance. Our specialists will develop a targeted treatment protocol to enhance your clinical outcomes.

I'm delighted with the quality
InviSmooth and Proteus are both working well for our customers and I am happy to share some details with everyone.
We love InviSmooth because the customers can notice the obvious reduction in the hair growing back after only one session and of course after several sessions. They are very happy. One therapist was even telling me that her patient hugged and kissed her because previously the patient was going to another spa and underwent several sessions over several months with no results. After one session with InviSmooth, the patient already is noticing a big difference.
As far as Proteus-V this radio frequency microneedling treatment is not very painful and our customers are seeing really nice results. A more refreshed face and neck is revealed after the first session and downtime of just a few days. I understand this machine can also achieve dramatic skin tightening on the body as well, but our facility is focused more on the face and beauty treatments so I can't tell you about the first hand.
As far as customer service, Rejuva Fresh is hands down a fantastic company to work with. They are VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. If you are not sure where to buy machines for your business, i think you can choose Rejuva Fresh with complete confidence.
