I am a tourist and need a day ticket. But ticket machines are only in the middle of Helsinki, where I obviously not are at the moment. How to get there without a ticket? They force me to download an app which I will never use again. Probably they don´t like tourist. I´m thinking about skipping Helsinki.
Got a 24 hour ticket without registration. First day was OK, but the next day the ticket did not pop up, so I had to buy a new one. In the bust I made a new registration and only then I saw the (still active) ticket. What is a purpose of selling 24 hour tickets without the registration if next day you have to register?
In general the service is not convenient: you have to buy the ticket in advance and set the starting time of the journey, bur what if due to some reason the trip starts early, or later? There should be an option for activation the ticket when you enter the public transport.
I live in porvoo but i travel to Helsinki for school and i had to go to internship in Helsinki so i had to buy a monthly pass. They did not gave me any opisjelija alennus saying that i do not live in HSL alue. I had to bear that extra expense on top of the monthly ticket that i usually but for Porvoo Helsinki bus. Huom että kela ei maksa mitään matka tuki aikuisille. Maksoin melkein 350 vain harjoittelulle opiskelu varten. Tätä hinnat ei ole sopiva opiskelijoille joita eivät ole työssä.
On the HSL app it said my bus was gonna come at 19:57 and it came at 19:55. I am now late and I have to wait for 10 more minutes for the next bus. Please tell ur bus drivers to come in time and not before
From visit to HSL shop in Hove Sussex to delivery by Armani and Raymond I was happy with the service of all staff involved.
The sofa delivery was very efficient and although I was surprised that it came in 2 sections the delivery team assembled it and positioned it where I wanted.

Excellent Service from Sally Ann at Rayleigh Branch when myself and a relative who has on set dementia went in to but an armchair. Everything was explained in great detail and could not have been anymore helpful. Will be recommending Sally Ann in the future.
