Easy to use on line web site and order

Easy to use on line web site and order. The confirmation and tracking is excellent plus having so many collection points is very useful (collected from a local Next store). Returns is also clear and simple (not that we've returned the item). Overall very good.

Pleasant helpful staff

Pleasant helpful staff, I make an effort to go into the Reading Oracle store every week. This is the only store I know, where the staff are so helpful and that nothing is to much effort.
I also love the quality of all your men and ladies clothing.

Once again i am having online issues…

Once again i am having online issues with a reiss delivery. Do not order anything online as it almost always doesnt arrive. They then tell you its because its out of stock but its not and you can reorder. Its a shame such a good clothes place has the worst delivery service

Well made clothes

Reiss is a bit on the pricy side for me but the items I’ve invested in are gorgeous. Well made, wonderful structure and feel expensive and look elegant

Very poor

Very poor, paid for next day delivery, order never arrived , paid over £700 for items. Contacted customer services who re-ordered. Items arrived and returned to store , failed to receive the money back into my account. Contacted customer services after 9 days who have now arranged a repayment which will take up to 5 days. Informed if I had not contacted them they would not have refunded payment to me due to an issue their end. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Terrible

Terrible. Ordered my shorts twice before my holiday and they still haven’t come. My order keeps saying delayed. I’ve come back off holiday and they still aren’t here. If I could give a zero I would. Terrible service.

Positive outcome!

I recently experienced a significant issue with a recent REISS order which unfortunately failed to arrive despite being ordered for a specific occasion & with paid-for delivery.

Naturally, I was extremely disappointed & concerned, particularly as the parcel appeared to have gone missing altogether.

However, following several conversations with Customer Services, my complaint was escalated & I was contacted by Stacey, who took the time to listen, understand my concerns & discuss the matter thoroughly - She was professional, empathetic & genuinely committed to finding a fair resolution.

Whilst the initial experience fell short of the high standards I associate with REISS, I am very pleased with the way the matter was ultimately handled. Stacey restored my confidence that customer feedback is taken seriously & that customer service still matters.

Things can and do go wrong from time to time, but what truly matters is how a company responds when they do. Thank you to Stacey & the REISS team for listening & reaching a positive outcome.
