REI Sift is top notch. They have an amazing customer service like no other. I've been a user for over 2 years now. I not only use it for data management but also for my CRM. Given it's integrations and ongoing development I'm a long time customer.

Looked at many other programs, settled finally on 1. Shortly after I understood what we were missing. Sometimes doing the wrong thing teaches you what you really need. Switched to REISift, recognizing a better program. A world of difference, from the quick responses to an authentic Leader in Tyler and his Team. It’s… okay… it’s kind of unintuitive to use. Doesn’t connect to mojo dialer. Pretty expensive for an average CRM. Doesn’t seem to be a way to add contacts and separate them from leads. I’m switching to Monday.com.

In addition to our CRM features, we offer tools to help you build more efficient marketing campaigns.
Since the majority of our customers are using smrtPhone, smrtDialer, CallTools, and ReadyMode dialers, we have focused on enhancing these integrations. You can use Zapier to connect with apps we do not have a direct integration with.
Regarding contact management, our Phonebook feature is designed for adding contacts that aren't tied to specific properties or leads. This feature is perfect for adding real estate agents, contractors, lenders, etc.
We'd love to demonstrate how you can maximize the benefits of REISift and address any specific challenges you're facing. Please let us know if you'd be open to a call to explore this further.

REISift is the best CRM and data…
REISift is the best CRM and data management platform for the Real Estate industry. The owner Tyler Austin and his team are very active in the Facebook community for questions, support and discussion about the platform.
REISift is not for the lazy, take the time to learn the platform. It will take time. Watch Tyler Austin’s content, and do the work.
If you’re looking for a customizable CRM this isn’t for you, Tyler’s designed a system that is simple, straightforward and effective.
I’ve been with REISift since 2020. And just now have I moved away from our customized Podio and going full-time with REISift.

Best Customer Service ever
I signed up for REI Sift about a month ago, and it has been the best experience I have had with a technology company ever - I have wholesaled for 5 years so I've used a lot of tech providers! When I have questions, and I have a lot of them, they get back to me within minutes with thoughtful answers that solve my problem.
Also, I really believe that this software is going to transform my wholesaling business for the better.
