Hotel in Prague - perfect booking support
After Czech Republic had opened borders for Germans and some other nationals a little bit earlier than most in EU did, I was looking for a good hotel in Prague. So looked ar reisetopia
Support was absolutely professional and personal at same time.
Things worked out as exactly as I had been informed.
Stayed in Center of Prague at the Emblem Hotel with an 100 USD Voucher for one of the best Steak Houses in Prague.

Great service
I recently booked a hotel via reisetopia for the first time. They were extremely responsive and friendly. The benefits we received were very good and exceeded the guaranties of Virtuosoe because they had direct connections to the hotel.
My overall experience with reisetopia is excellent and I will love to use their services very soon again.

Great overall experience
I used the service of reisetopia my first time.
Im a big fan of their reviews and guides.
After sending my booking request i got a fast response and also 3 Hotel options.
I took the JW Mariott because i have Gold Membership there and got additional benefits.
Everything worked perfect and my girlfriend was also very overwhelmed.
I would definetly book again through reisetopia!

Happy customer for three times already
I booked already three times via Reisetopia and was never disapointed. The reply was always within a few hours and also if I wanted to change something it was no problem.
The hotel stays were outstanding and definetely with more benefits than a stay which is booked via the normal ways.

Unfortunately the service did not work well! I had to mail them several times, no phone support was given. I wanted to book several hotels for business trips and they always tried to upsell Suites.
