Product great delivery refused to unwrap mattress and take away wrapping . Reinforced Beds say they should have done this. The staff also signed for delivery when I should have signed and again, reinforced Beds have taken action to complain to delivery company.

Moaned a bit. About taking it upstairs. Had a few nails in the wall where my pictures hang so took the pictures off. They wouldn’t take mattress upstairs in case they ripped it on the nails. I had to wait for my son and husband to come home and they got it upstairs without touching the wall with the nails on it.

We understand the team were trying to avoid causing any damage, but we appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially as you then had to arrange to move it yourselves. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Part of our delivery wasn’t delivered when my husband had arranged time off work to build them which was a big inconvenience.

The delivery guys were fabulous, the heavens opened as they arrived and it was amazing to see two men hurtling up the drive carry a divan bed.

Flexible booking times and the two lads who delivered the bed brought everything upstairs for us (which we did of course pay for haha, but it's still appreciated nontheless because dear God the bed is heavy)
