Ordered a large amount of clothing a while ago. Received two packages with no packing slips and only 75% of my order. Contacted customer service and was told that one of the items was out of stock now and they’d check on the rest… another two weeks and no shipment. Contacted again to request they send my items and they simply issued a refund (for the wrong amount). HORRIBLE customer service with no way to contact except email. Will not be purchasing here again.
Worst Customer Service and Serious Delay in getting product. Ordered two weeks ago and still sitting as Ordered with no time line when product will be shipped. You can only email them. No phone number listed. No one has responded to email to give an update. The product is fantastic but sadly this will be the last time I order from them. Buyer beware !
Reima has a terrible customer service. Someone called CHUBI was very frustrating trying to get a straight answer after 2 weeks back and forth by email. They refuse to help replace the separate silicone straps under the snow suits they use. Something that is as easy as to get a few from factory to have in stock and ship to any customer who asks. That is customer service, not leaving the customer with a broken suit which cost a lot of money and expect to be have longevity to be used by other kids in the family once outgrown. Definitely never buying Reima items again.
I never received my order. Tried to contact Customer service- no response. Sent 4 reminders- nothing.
I never received part of my order and after countless emails to them with no response, I’ve just accepted that I’ve lost $150. I ordered from them because I heard they were a good company but I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone. Apparently it’s a common problem that people don’t receive their expensive orders from them.
The worst customer service in the world, I don't understand who can work there. The are not doing their job, no sense of any responsibility. I considered Reima is good Company and I thought it could resolve any difficulties with its customers, but I was wrong!!!! Please be aware and it is the best not to be their customer. I ll never buy this brand anymore.
I have ordered on December 1. Today it’s been more than a MONTH but I still haven’t received my order. The cuspmer service totally ignores me. No money back and no order. Reima leaves me with its problem alone.

The worst I’ve ever encountered. I placed an order a jacket and a pair of mittens on 11/19. As of 12/11, Reima charged me for a jacket and a pair of mittens that I never received. I’ve written emails a few times with no response and their “customer service” phone number doesn’t seem to be working. very disappointed with this experience…
The quality of clothes are very good but the Customer Service is too bad. I placed my order and have no information to update the shipping by email or phone. Right now I can not exchange or return the products. I sent 4 email and still waiting for their reply
Horrendous US customer service. The worst I’ve ever encountered. I can’t speak to product quality because they charged me for a jacket that was never received. I’ve written five times without response and their “customer service” phone number is constantly busy. Don’t recommend buying from their website.

Replying to customer service response: Hi Anne, Thanks for your response however, I have yet to receive any acknowledgement whatsoever from customer service. It’s been ~one week. If there had been, at the very least, a response to my first (or fifth - soon to be sixth) e-mail this review would never have been written.

Terrible customer service!
I ordered boots 4 weeks ago. I didn't receive any email about shipping. Money was taken from the account plus shipping $ 15. I wrote 4 letters to the customer service and no response.

Their products are great, their customer service is nonexistent. It is very common to order something and wait for weeks or even months to get it before getting an email that the item is out of stock. They also charge your credit card when you place the order instead of when the item is shipped and if the item is never shipped you might get a refund months later. Emailing customer service never gets you anywhere, they just stop responding. I started filing disputes with my credit card every time I am charged for items that never show up.
Awful, awful, awful. After following very carefully suggestions on picking correct shoe size, the boots I ordered were too small. What a crazy hustle to call their customer service, which I believe rerouted somewhere to India. Rep kept telling me to email instead and refused to do any search to assist me, eventually rudely hanging up and then not picking up the phone till I called from different line. What is it kindergarten? Tried to call headquarters to no avail. Eventually I got some help, person told me I will not pay return shipping. 2,5 months later i still haven’t gotten a return, emailed them ans got the return next day. Make you wonder how do they run their business. Except they charged me return shipping, so I am back to figuring foe me money. Regardless of product quality I will NEVER shop at Reima and spread my word like April rain. Absolutely the worst, hope they go bankrupt.
I placed an order with Reima Canada and had to return 2 items that were too small. The products I received were of excellent quality and I was pleased with shipping and delivery times. The reason I am giving 3 stars is due to the level of difficulty experienced in obtaining a refund. It took 24 days, several emails (which received no response) and a good deal of perseverence to locate a customer service number (18884374938) which not listed online. The good news: the refund was provided immediately, upon verification that Reima had received the return. This would have been a 5 star review if not for the challenge in obtaining the refund. My children love their Reima snowsuits, boots and mittens!
I love Reima and their quality, but I am giving one star for their terrible customer service (they are probably based in Eastern Europe). I've called them twice so far and both times the representative did not speak English! When I sent them an email, they just replied with a template that did not answer my question. I am going back to ordering from Patagonia.
I accidentally selected the wrong color of the item I had ordered. They have no exchange policy and were unwilling to work with me so I could use a coupon code. Their customer service is quite appalling especially for a company that sells outdoor gear on the higher end in terms of price. I was excited to find their products, but I don't think I will order from them in the future. There are many stores/ companies looking for loyal customers and reima doesn't seems to care about customer service
Good products -- awful customer service. Supplied my parcel with totally wrong invoice -- 282 EUR instead of 97 EUR, which caused me a lot of trouble with local customs office. Never replied to any of my email requests for explanation/clarification/excuse.
Orders were shipped soon. The return sticker was already inside the package and so very easy to return the items that were unfortunately too big. I chose to pay by bill and as soon as they received my return package they adjusted the bill. So I only paid for the items that I kept. Would definitely recommend their online shop.
It’s such a dissapointing experience. I ordered one of their snowsuites on Nov 9. They said, it may take a little bit longer than usuall because of the workload they may experience currently. By the 25 of Nov I’ve checked my account on reima.com. I am glad I did... The order was canceled without even a notification in my email or anything.. I’ve asked them why the order was cancelled, and I’m still waiting for their reply.... Also, they’ve charged me tremendous amount on money on Paypal. However, once they cancelled the ordered, they haven’t returned my money. I’m glad I paid with the Paypal, so I hope I’ll get my money back.
