Terrible company,
I ordered £80 worth of items, in January, they have never arrived, sent emails , Facebook messages but no response from them, it's now nearly end of March, still no items
Keep well away from this scam company

Order never arrived. Emailed the company and have heard nothing back! Disgusting service. Dont waste your money!

Terrible company. Takes your money, doesn't send product, poor communication and can't give a decent reason why nothing has happened. Such a disappointing situation for a company that calls itself a healing store when all it's done is cause stress.

Looks like I've been scammed so won't be recommending this website to anyone. Placed my order on 11th November 2023 and was advised that delivery would be 3-5 weeks. It's now 5th January 2024 and order has still not arrived! I've tried emailing with only one response telling me that my order was on its way. No tracking info given so have lost my money and got no order. It was a Christmas present so my sister is without one of her gifts. Very, very disappointed and will not be ordering again. These people should be ashamed of themselves!

I ordered two necklaces in August only one arrived. I had some very reasonable correspondence offering to resend, twice, the most recent one being 01/11/23. Still no necklace, no reply to emails and now I have been blocked on messenger, simply for trying to find out where the product I have paid for is.

Order never arrived despite company saying it had.
Post Office said it was never received. Luckily I payed through PayPal and they refunded it.

Thank you so very much for amazing product and great customer service. Bought couple of things for my daughters birthday, she loved it so much that we keep ordering more since then. Some of the pieces she wears also in the shower and the coating stays as new.. everything got on time , really appreciate it

I ordered a couple of sets for me and my mom, we both love it.. getting a lot of compliments and the ring was a bit bigger size then I needed so when asked for replacing , I’ve got the ring that I needed and they told me I can keep the other one also. Amazing customer service and nice people , quality is amazing too… recommend!!! :)

Fits my style perfectly! I ordered a few jewelry pieces and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and different styles they had. These pieces really stand out and look forward to pairing these accessories with all my different looks.

I ordered from this company over a month ago now, wrote and sent email to let them know it hadn't been recieved. Their order confirmation sent to me said order on the way, gave up to 2 weeks for delivery which hasn't arrived yet. Very disappointed customer. Money lost due to scam

I have placed 2 orders with this company and never received a tracking number. Just a confirmation email. I’ve sent over 8 emails and tried to call the number but it’s disconnected. I filed a dispute on pay pal for one order and I will be contacting my bank for the second order. I should have checked this before ordering. Very disappointed

After reading reviews I’m glad my credit card was declined. It keep saying high risk.

Ordered bracelet and they sent me a gumball machine necklace. Emailed no response, blocked on Facebook. Do Not Order from this company they are a SCAM...

Have given one star as there is no alternative, ordered a necklace in November which they took the money for, but it never turned up. My emails all come back as undiscovered. Do not buy anything from these scammers !!!

I ordered a beautiful blue stone ring from this company and was delighted when my parcel was delivered in very good time but was horrified when i opened the package and found they had sent me a cheap hideous skull ring instead . I contacted customer support and a lady called Kelly Smith apologised and said if i sent a picture of the received ring she would look into it for me .I have heard nothing since despite emailing them on a daily basis it would appear they have chosen to ignore my messages . Steer well clear of these people , i wish i had.

I ordered my Reiki Healing Purple Choker Necklace about 2 weeks ago. It was my first time dealing with them. They said it may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. But it did come today, earlier than expected. And it is beautiful, just like on the photo. Even though I did read the bad reviews after I ordered, my experience was very good and I will order from them again. My Necklace is beautiful and worth much more than what I paid. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

I ordered a ring from reiki and after I placed my order then I realized I didn't add my size .I emailed customer support told them what was going on they asked me what my size was I told them size 9 they assured me that it had been applied to my order .When I received my order it was not sterling plus it was smashed and the ring was an adjustable band ! They could have told me it was adjustable rather than assuring me that my size was applied to my ring! That was in March I then told them I wanted a refund and have been getting the run around I just want my money!!!!

Ive written 2 reviews that have been removed. I've also sent in my transaction info and emails between me and reikihealingstore.com. Before their reply was that, they don't have a customer with my email, that is correct. I was using my company email (I own a company myself) and don't want it posted in this review, but I did send info to trust piolet and reikihealingtstore.com, and my reviews have still been removed. I ordered around $100 worth of jewelry and never received it. I was told my address was not correct on the order and it would be resent as soon as possible (by email from reikihealingstore) but never received anything. I've also read several other similar reviews, so I'm not sure why this seems so impossible. I've been ignored and all I'm asking is to make this right!! It's not difficult. Send me the things I've paid for plz. I'm sure this will be flagged. Once it is I'll politely resend all my proof again. There needs to be a site where the correspondence can be posted and viewed by consumers (just my opinion). People need to know the truth. Trust Piolet if this is a review site for the truth, plz allow my proof to be validated. I do have proof and lots of it so if this is removed it's truly not a site for consumer info!! I have faith that this has been a mix up. Plz reikihealingstore.com, this is not my email used to order. I've called and emailed but you will no longer respond because you know who I am. I don't want trouble I just want the beautiful jewelry I paid for. These were gifts for my wife. Or may a have a refund so I can purchase the things I need. I'm begging plz be a honorable company and make this right. It's very simple and I'm not unreasonable. Thanks I really hope this can be resolved.

Please be cautious with this site.. I would like them to make it right My Emails are returned as non-deliverable. USPS investigation is still ongoing.
Items were ordered almost 2 months ago. Tracking number was provided to the USPS and is ongoing. Site is trying to get this honest review flagged and removed. Be cautious.

I ordered 1 ring. Got 3 emails saying ring was ordered. My credit card was charged for 3.rings. I called and emailed they are very difficult to contact
I received 3 rings yesterday. They are not sterling silver as advertised. Am trying to get a refund and will return the rings
This is false advertising and a scam to get more money. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.
