Right size tires and not old ones. Shipping was pretty quick too. The price was very reasonable with the free shipping. Will be ordering tires again.

To be honest after reviewing all reviews I was a little bit scared, but after delivery of my Winter Tyres Pirelli Scorpion 4x 23,zoll, I was really amazed. TOP quality and delivery time. Price was also very good, I‘v saved pro Tyre 35-36€. So to be honest I‘m really satisfied, and don’t let to be discouraged with some bad reviews because some customers had maybe bad experience or something else. Tyres were made in January 2026. Faruk.

Quality of tires and delivery updates are positives. Shipped to the installation shop super fast. Returns however are a different story. I ordered wrong size tires (205/50/17 instead of 205/45/17) and return is still being processed (two weeks after initiation).

Ordered 4 tyres, 2 were wrong size. They are delaying the refund for 3 months, avoiding to pick up the wrong tyres, refusing me to return the tyres myself or any other solution.

I was completely satisfied with the purchase and delivery

I ordered tires worth 488 €. According to the company’s own DPD delivery document, the package was delivered to a third company, not to me, without my authorization and without my signature.
Fact is: I never received the goods.
Instead of solving the problem or refunding me, the company is trying to avoid responsibility and even asked me, as a private customer, for a “company stamp”, which is completely absurd.
After months, I still have no goods and no money.
Conclusion: Very unreliable company and extremely poor customer service. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away.

Fast delivery and good product

Preis very good but this time the delivery was really late ! 9.12 instead of the promised and expected 5.12

I got goods within one week w/o any problem for a great price.

Negative : status of sending was available from currier only, not a lot infos from the shop. May be it is also good, some shops send way to much middle - status messages .

Super. Second time I buy tyres and second time I am not disappointed. Quick delivery. Super tyres.

Completely unserious, unprofessional and extremely rude treatment of a customer. I feel like I’ve been scammed. In short, what happened: I had previously ordered tires from this company and everything went smoothly. Now, suddenly, the delivery address was supposedly “incorrect,” and they demanded an additional charge of 14 euros per package (two packages). After I complained, they reduced the surcharge to 7.50 euros per package and stated that the first delivery had only been successful because I was “lucky.”

In the end, after my complaint, they decided to return the packages to their warehouse and refund my money — but 30 euros less than I had paid. So not 7.50 euros per package, but twice as much. So, I won’t say anything more — you decide for yourselves whether I am to blame for an allegedly “incorrect” address to which all other packages are delivered without any problem, and whether a customer should be financially penalized for their mistake. I would also like to emphasize that they first ASKED for an additional payment, and when I refused, they charged me anyway.

Let all potential future customers be aware of how buyers of this company's products are treated. I am certain that I will not spend another cent here. PATHETIC!
