Shipped on time and all 4 tires came together which i was worried about when reading the other reviews. Tires brand new and no damage. Price is awesome compared to local shops

Terrible Customer Service
I purchased the incorrect wheel size. Noted my mistake 10min after purchase and tried to cancel immediately. New orders are processed automatically, but cancellations you must open a ticket and wait their feedback. I got a message only after 4 days, and at that time the wheels where already shipped. When package arrived I refused the delivery and now they are charging me 60€ for returning the package. It's been 10 days already and the package hasn't been returned, it's in the carrier warehouse, and the reimbursement will be processed only after it's returned

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. When an order is placed, it is processed automatically to ensure timely delivery, and cancellations require a ticket to be opened for manual intervention. I understand your frustration with the delay in response. Regarding the return fees, they cover the initial shipping, return, and storage costs. Once the package is returned to us, the reimbursement will be processed. If you have any further concerns, please contact our customer service for assistance.
