Delivery is ok, but bad experiences with discounts and promotions
The delivery process itself works fine. However, Reifendirekt and the associated tire companies frequently advertise additional benefits and discounts—such as a €40 Amazon voucher—which has been disappointing in my recent experiences. The actual value turned out to be much lower than promised, and the service related to these promotions was poor.

I had ordered a tire
I had ordered a tire, but my customer decided to cancel. I immediately contacted the seller to cancel the order before my card was even charged. However, they never responded. Despite this, they still sent the tire without charging me at the time. Later, they demanded payment and even involved a debt collector to force me to pay. Overall, it was a dreadful experience., will never order again, and warn my customers
