Fantastic service end to end!
This was a brilliant experience. When I first heard of Rehome I was unsure and thought the fees were quite expensive. However after using them from start to finish I thought the service was fantastic and well worth the money.
What would have cost me money ended up meaning I earned some money and the professionalism from intro, measures/photos through to dissembling and removing was extraordinarily good.
Couldn't recommend more. *Point to note I only sold but it seems like there are some fantastic bargains on the purchasing side too and would recommend if they have the same level of diligence.

Rehome cannot supply what you pay for
Rehome advertised and we paid for a wine fridge - after some weeks waiting for the item we were contacted to say that the seller wanted a further c£4000 for the item. Whilst we were offered a refund it still hasn’t arrived and they continue to make interest on our money. This maybe a turning point and we stop dealing with people that can’t supply what they advertise which we will be following up with trading standards in windless region

As soon as this was identified, we contacted you and processed a full refund to your original payment method. We understand your frustration that the purchase could not proceed as expected. Any delay in refunded funds appearing back on a credit card is determined by the card provider and banking system, rather than Rehome.
We take pricing accuracy seriously and have reviewed our processes to help prevent similar issues in future. We apologise again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Great way to get a quality kitchen but...
The sales service is very good as they are eager to get a deal!
A buyer of a used kitchen needs to be prepared for a kitchen which needs a lot of cleaning after it's been dismantled, shipped, stored, transported and reassembled in its new configuration.....

The kitchen was very carefully and skilfully dismantled as well as transported which ensured best conditions and value to the buyer. Rather bitter experience
Rather bitter experience. The kitchen was still advertised as available on both the website and eBay, and Rehome’s representative even attempted to arrange a viewing for us, despite it already being sold. The inaccurate listing raised our hopes and led us to make plans around a purchase that was never possible. In the end, we were left with wasted time, disrupted weekend plans, and a great deal of disappointment. 2 stars for the Customer Service representatives that were very kind.

Communication was excellent, everyone I dealt with was very friendly and it made the whole transaction stress free.

Love the environmental aspect of Rehome
The first thing that attracted me to Rehome was the environmental aspect of buying a secondhand kitchen with the added bonus of getting a quality kitchen that brand new would have been out of my price range. My new kitchen is in storage at the moment as I wasn’t quite ready for it. I’m very happy with my purchase. I was impressed at how well dismantled the kitchen was by Serg and team who were also extremely well versed at delivering safely. Communication and customer service was also very good … feeling rather smug if I’m honest!!! Thank you Rehome.
