Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality and No Resolution
hired Rehmcopy for a 2-page website design and email setup for my business and paid $3,500 based on the scope and claims presented during the sales process. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations set.
The first draft contained several basic errors, including incorrect product claims, low-quality AI-generated images, and visible layout issues such as text misalignment between sections. The overall organization of the website lacked strategic structure — for example, key information like “how to use the product” was placed on the homepage rather than the product page, which is not aligned with standard e-commerce best practices.
The content did not appear thoughtfully developed, and the execution felt rushed and unpolished. Despite raising these concerns and requesting a resolution multiple times, I was unable to secure a refund or a satisfactory correction.
For the price charged, I expected a higher level of professionalism, strategy, and quality control. Based on my experience, I would advise others to clearly define deliverables, timelines, revision policies, and refund terms in writing before proceeding.
