Total sham, not even close to being a physio.

Unwashed man led me into a filthy room with crisps littering the floor. He did not even know basics of human anatomy.

Avoid at all costs.

I was accompanied by Dr Dhwani Dharamshi during my physiotherapy process. A super professional person who helped me a lot in my post-accident recovery. I even had good positive results in my tendinitis that got worse after the accident. Easy exercises to administer at home.

This is the worst experience and is extremely disappointing. The location is basic at best, a room in a Goals centre. There is zero consistency with the therapists - 3 therapists in 3 month. No care for the patient and loads of misinformation and no accountability from customer services. If possible avoid and try to use a more reputable company to recover from anything.

Sinan in Croydon has helped me during my recovery following a bike vs car RTA. He is super patient, encouraging and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

My appointments with Roma Ravaliya have been very professional, helpful and skillful she is very knowledgeable in her field of work excellent communication and explaining of excercises/procedures,

I highly reccomend her and rehabplus, I was in alot of pain after my accident and she has helped me progress from each session to get back to my day to day life and hobbies, I couldnt be more greatful!

Rehabplus was a terrible experience for me. They were always late, and I had to wait for 30 minutes to be seen. They never acknowledge and believe they are always correct. Two of my appointments were cancelled with no prior notice. My last appointment was cancelled while I was sitting in the waiting area. My previous appointment had to leave because the physiotherapist was busy with another customer. The physiotherapist knew that I was waiting but rather reported I missed my appointment.

Amazing physio sessions with Sinan. Very helpful and informative. Gave me exercises to help me with recovery and beyond. Also a very friendly person who makes you feel comfortable through out the sessions.

Sinan has helped me a lot with my back and neck pain.He has exceptional skills is very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend his skills and expertise. Thank you very much

This is note is to place on record and to feed back on the exceptional standard of service Sinan has delivered to me throughout my physio sessions with him.

I was referred to Sinan following being the victim of a car accident in early August in which I was smashed in the rear at high speed, which on physical side left me with multiple whiplash injuries to my neck and shoulders. Pain, soreness, stiffness and a lack of mobility.

Sinan’s positive attitude, unrelenting friendliness and high level of skill and knowledge did really help me. With my personal injury claim, whilst others let me down left right and centre through simply not doing what they were paid to do, Sinan remained absolutely brilliant every time and he was totally dependable. Week after week he was the only one who never let me down. Every session was excellent. When I left sessions I felt noticeably less pain/discomfort. His treatment meant I could begin to sleep more. He always saw me on time. He always greets you with a smile and is always upbeat in what he does. He takes genuine pride in his work and his role is very valuable to patients. He remembers everything he has done you. He is very informative relaying advice and his massage is excellent. Having strong hands is essential at least for my soft tissue injuries and he had that.

Before I met Sinan I was sceptical what he could a actually do as I was in near constant pain. I was pleasantly surprised but also am aware this would have not been possible had Sinan not been so thorough and skilled in what he does and so genuinely determined in wanting to make a difference to me and my situation. I never felt like a name on a list despite his likely heavy caseload but felt he genuinely wanted to see me improve.

I would 100% recommend Sinan to anyone. Whilst I hope I will not need physio again anytime soon, if I did I would not consider anyone else or even look anywhere else other than Rehabplus purerly because of Sinan because of his excellent attitude and proven efficiency. I simply could not be assured of that anywhere else. My level of recovery is beyond what I imagined as possible or likely and he encouraged me every step of the way.

It is clear that Sinan is a significant asset to Rehabplus because of his skillset, knowledge, positive attitude and high level of determination in genuinely wanting to see patients recover their health.

The value of Sinan’s contribution to the reputation of Rehabplus, including customer satisfaction and leading to positive recomendations leading to more business and bookings should not be underestimated at a time when the power and affect of negative feedback can be so damaging on forums to businesses. His attitude and level of care was absolutely brilliant.

I hope this feedback can be relayed to his manager because what he is doing for Rehabplus is bolstering it’s reputation very positively. He is delivering an exceptionally high level of service.

Sinan Pehlivanoglu was fantastic. I saw him when I could barely touch my knees without suffering severe back pain. Within 6 weeks I could touch the floor with straight legs pain free and life is back to normal. Thank you Sinan.

Went to Sinan with a very bad disc bulging issue where I could hardly walk or stand. Sinan is very knowledgeable and explained everything calmly and made me feel comfortable. The exercises prescribed helped me to strengthen my back and healed me almost 90% in 4 sessions. Would strongly recommend him for physiotherapy.

After experiencing an overuse injury training for a marathon I came to see physiotherapist Sinan. He was kind, friendly, knowledgable and explained everything step-by-step and holistically from the analysis from the history, what his assessment showed him and how to do exercises for strengthening. After injuring my calf while training for a marathon I went to see Sinan at Rehabplus. Sinan was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his treatment. Almost immediately he was able to assist my injury and within a short space of time he was able to get me back on the road training. I would highly recommend Sinan.

I came to Sinan with a running injury which felt like it was beyond repair. Straight away Sinan located the issue and explained what had happened and outlined how to get it fixed and moving again. He is super knowledgable and went above and beyond just fixing the problem - I’ve taken away life-long exercises and information which will continue help me strengthen my muscles as a runner.
