I have been a customer since February 2024. For the first two years, I was receiving certain services as part of my package without any additional cost.
At the time of renewal in December 2025, I accepted a new monthly fee based on the expectation that the existing services would continue unchanged.
However, after the renewal, I discovered through my invoice that an additional monthly charge had been added for a service I had already been using. I was not informed about this change prior to renewal, nor did I give explicit consent.
When I raised this issue, the company stated that this is part of their updated pricing structure and refused to correct the billing or allow contract termination without full payment of the remaining term.
This effectively forces me to either:
* pay additional charges I did not agree to, or
* terminate the contract and pay all remaining months
I believe this constitutes a lack of transparency and a misleading commercial practice under EU consumer protection principles.

The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. The Office lacks a "vibe" We have been in various shared office spaces, and this one is very quiet. We are a creative team, and noticed that most tenants are accountants and admin people. So, besides for the fantastic staff, this could possibly not be the right environment for us. The office is in a great location and central. Regus can do better at organizing meetups or networking events. We have felt that it worked great in other places we have been. We also have considered the fact that your pricing made up for the lack of vibe. So for us, being a small business, it's a good trade-off. Especially considering the economy. So in conclusion, we are happy. Fair Pricing = Lack of atmosphere, is palatable. We would consider looking at other places, if this should change.

clean offices, very presentable, quick to make needed repairs when requested, pleasant staff, buttoned down appearance, bathrooms acceptable for clients, parking good and professional. One suggestions-we had no Christmas decorations last year and it was not uplifting as it should be,

This has to be the worst business experience I have ever had!!!
I have had a Regus virtual office in the Netherlands for several years. Due to the office closure, they had to move me to another nearby office. The problems began because everything had to be set up again, including the direct debit mandate. In order to set this up again, I had to log into my account, but for some reason the log in no longer works. When you try to reset the login details it requires an email authentication, but the authentication emails don't arrive. There is no other way to reset the login.
When you look for help, the only way is to use their automated help bot which, wait for it, REQUIRES THAT YOU LOG IN TO USE IT!!!!!
I asked the office staff to help me, but they keep sending me advice that first requires that I log in. Because I can't log in, they cannot help me.
So I asked them to terminate my account and they told me that I could terminate the account by logging in & selecting Products & Services. I mean how dumb can you get!!!!!
This is completely idiotic. If I could score them zero I would.

Update: No refund, just constant delays and excuses. We’ve been forced to take legal action against Regus/IW Group. Stay away from this company.
We have been trying to get our deposit back for 2 months. They lie that they have not received forms, state that they only “release” deposit on specific days, and apparently our bank details were incorrect. Interestingly, the bank details were absolutely fine for the past 2 years when we were automatically tied into another yearly contract. Absolutely disgusting company.
