Regn sent out our order quickly and we received it very promptly. What was even more impressive to me was the quality of their customer service. I realised today, two or three weeks after receiving our order, that an item appeared to be missing. I emailed the Regn team and within half an hour I had been emailed back and was offered some credit to my account to cover both the cost of a replacement item and its delivery. I've never had such an impressive level of customer service before, thank you! It's great to know that some companies still care about the customer.

I am a repeated customer and always been pleased with my purchases. It’s plastic free packaging, same day dispatch, great quality products with no harsh chemicals. The laundry sheets are my favourite ones - their price and the delicate scent made me a loyal fan :)

Ordered some Finice dishwasher sheets based on the reviews and the results are horrible. My wash cycles are always on the highest temperature. All my dishes are full of stains, cutlery is greyish with marks, the mugs look like they have not been washed while I rinse all before loading them in the dishwasher. My filter is clogged and greasy and I clean it after each cycle.
I have tried using a full sheet and half of it is not dissolved. I have to run 3 cycles to get a mere clean load. At £12.99 I was expecting a better result.

In regards of the 6-Piece Plastic-Free Dish Scrubbing Brush Set, time will tell if they will last. The glass brush feels a bit flimsy. I am afraid to put pressure on it seems it feels like the brush is waiting to separate from the handle. The dish brush smelled horrible for few days, to the point I almost went through the hassle to return the product.

In terms of the reviews on their website, where are they coming from? Not been able to see where to leave them. Are they real?

I feel so much better knowing that I am not polluting the environment with every wash

We ordered a pack of coloured flannels. They are just the job for washing my husband who is handicapped. They are soft and of a good size.

Was very pleased that delivery was so prompt, I was expecting 6 various colours but was disappointed to find instead 3 green, 1 each of white, blue & yellow. No pink. The advert showed 6 different colours.
