Scam. Be aware. Don't pay £985 to them after an trademark application.
Be very careful with this company. I received a letter through the post after making a UK trade mark application, and it was presented in a way that looked very official. Only on careful reading did it appear to be a private publication offer for £985, not a required IPO fee. I think this is potentially very misleading for small businesses and first-time applicants. Always check directly with the UK IPO before paying anything connected to a trade mark application.
Its a scam company that once you register a trademark sends you an invoice (in my case for £985) for a service youdidn't ask for. They no doubt work on the basis that some admin clerk will think its genuine and pay it
