I wish I could give no stars. This is a total sham of a company. I placed an order and never received it. I emailed and got an auto reply. Don't waste your money nor your time.

So I made a purchase in October 2017 for a friend for Christmas. It didn't get here in time for Christmas, and it doesn't look like it'll get here in time for her birthday either.
There is no communication whatsoever. I've heard people say any feedback or replies they've gotten were rude and unprofessional, but I didn't even get that. I got what I realize now was a probably automated response to the email I sent weeks ago, and it answered no questions.

I could forgive all this if I just got my money back or the order late, but there's no getting through to them and frankly I'm really nervous about where my money is.

Don't give them your time or money. Even if they one day magically appear again to actually carry through with their business the hassle isn't worth it.

I placed an order with them for one product over two months ago- it still hasn't shipped. All of my emails to them have been ignored. They do not have a phone number. Someone on instagram said they'd get back to me in a week a few weeks ago...that still hasn't happened. About to file a claim to get my money refunded since they have done absolutely nothing for me.

Update: They've even deleted the two comments I've posted on their instagram, almost immediately. Weird how they still can't respond to me. It's almost like they have zero business ethics.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM REGENT COUTURE!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would! They are the definition of unprofessional! They will not answer your questions, reply to your emails and they’ll give you a disconnected number to reach them!! You’ll waste your time looking at their products because you’ll never receive your order!

At worst, this company is a flat out scam and at best, they are unbelievably negligent and unresponsive. 2 months have past and I have not received my purchase, any indication that it has even shipped or been processed, or a response when requesting a refund. Unless you have a lot of disposable income to waste, I wouldn't advise taking a chance with these people.

I have ordered two septum rings from this website. The brand is located in the US and I live in Europe, but I decided to order anyway, because I really wanted to get one particular septum ring, which was a cheap knock off of the golden bee septum ring by Tawapa that costs 200$. The Regent Couture's bee septum ring costed only 15$ (+ shipping from the US), which is still a lot for an item that costs less than a dollar to make, but I couldn't find any other sellers stocking that design. The gauge was not accurately described on the RC's website and the septum ring arrived so thick that I couldn't fit it in. The other septum ring also came in a different size than described on the website, but this time it was at least a thinner gauge. It was a gold bendy ring, it fitted quite nicely, but afte 3 days the golden colour rubbed off completely. Horrible quality. Absolutely not worth it.

On top of that it took two weeks before my order was even dispatched. I contacted the customer service by email and they didn't respond. They contacted me only after I started posting on their IG. The person running the brand is extremely rude. Of course, she doesn't accept returns for the crappy mislabeled overpriced stuff she sells.
