Thank you Amy - you are the best!

I had an excellent experience with Regenta while purchasing my home through the shared ownership scheme. I was supported throughout the entire process by Amy, who was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

She guided me through every step, was always available, and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Her email responses were incredibly quick, and she was just as accessible over the phone whenever I needed reassurance or clarification.

Amy also kindly offered to liaise with my solicitors to help speed up the process. In the end, this wasn’t even necessary, as the solicitors she recommended were equally excellent. Thanks to this seamless collaboration, I completed on my home just 28 days after submitting my application - an exceptionally fast turnaround.

This would not have been possible without Amy’s professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend both her and Regenta to anyone considering shared ownership.

P.S. A small piece of advice for future buyers: make sure to check every detail of the property carefully during viewings. In my case, I only noticed a few minor issues (such as some scratches on appliances and a small crack in the wall) after completion. As is standard in the process, the property is sold “as seen”, so it was too late to raise any requests at that stage. This is not a complaint - just something I wish I had been more aware of beforehand. It’s a common aspect of buying through any agency, but worth keeping in mind so you can feel fully confident in your purchase.
