Great turnaround

Very happy with the service of my account manager, Jessie Saunders, for the last year. Before she handled my account, I had not been completely satisfied with Regent but the turnaround in service provided has convinced me to stay on with Regent. Well done, Jessie. Really appreciate all the work and effort you’ve put in.

Very good rental experience

I moved into a flat managed by Regent Property, which was introduced to me by Alex Melton. As an international student, I was delighted with the entire rental process, including but not limited to rent payments, bills, deposits, repairs, and move-out procedures. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Lorisa Johnson, Ashley Tse, and Louise Lannes for their tremendous assistance. Thank you!

Excellent support by Lorisa from Regent

Lorisa from Regent was very diligent with engaging with the tenant and getting to the bottom of the issue, which help me appreciate the situation and agree to a resolution. I thank her for her service and tenacity in her follow up on behalf of her clients

Review for Amir Ibrahim – Exceptional Property Manager

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Amir Ibrahim. Amir has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care in managing the property I’m renting in London.

Recently, I encountered an urgent electrical issue late in the evening. Amir handled the situation with remarkable dedication, going well beyond the standard expectations of his role. Despite it being outside of regular working hours, he remained in constant communication with me, coordinating every step of the process until the issue was fully resolved—well into the night.

From the moment I reported the problem until it was completely resolved, Amir was proactive, efficient, and incredibly supportive. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of the problem made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

It is rare to come across someone as committed and reliable as Amir. His work ethic and dedication truly deserve recognition. I genuinely hope his efforts are acknowledged, as he is an invaluable asset to any team.

Misleading Property Pricing

I am writing to formally report an estate agency for engaging in misleading advertising practices regarding rental property listings.

The agency in question has been repeatedly advertising the same property with two different rental prices, often at the same time or alternating weekly. This appears to be a deliberate strategy to attract potential tenants with a lower price, only to later inform them that the actual rent is higher. This practice is not only dishonest, but potentially illegal under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which prohibits false or misleading marketing and bait-and-switch tactics.

I believe this conduct is intended to deceive consumers and generate misleading interest in their listings, and it should be investigated.

Agent Amir


I can’t thank Agent Amir enough for his incredible support and dedication. He went above and beyond to help me, even during the weekend and outside of his normal working hours. I had a last-minute situation that needed urgent attention, and Amir made sure everything was sorted smoothly and efficiently. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. I’m so grateful for his help—he made a stressful situation feel manageable and was always just a call away. Highly recommended!

One of their agents unlawfully entered…

One of their agents unlawfully entered our flat, despite a clearly agreed-upon time for access. When confronted, the agent claimed they were too busy to remember the arrangement. At the time, I was heavily pregnant and dealing with serious medical complications, and this unauthorized intrusion caused significant and unnecessary distress. This breach of trust and disregard for basic boundaries as well as tenancy law is unacceptable.
