Poorly trained and rude staff,

Regency , Telegram betting, Bet Reg and many more all the same outfit, they were ok at first. I requested a £50 dog bet 3 mins before the off my selection was 10 lengths clear at the last bend , after it had won I was told the bet was not on as the race was off , no it wasnt they were walking behind the traps when I sent the bet, but the irony of it is the night before I requested a £50 bet on a dog 1 min before the off and as the dog had no chance at the 2nd last bend my phone pinged to say the bet was on, underhanded or what ??

Made three bets one at 6/4 and one at 8/1 other lost. Odds confirmed and matched to bet365, 12 days later after they won i am waiting for security to check them and no word. Where is the honesty with this company?

Havent had withdrawal so cant comment.
Customer service is rapid, helpful and friendly, pretty much all round better prices than i get with my online bookies. Fast response on telegram. One thing i say is that i sent a bet slip and they gave the the price on that slip from another bookie, instead of their bigger price.

Very poor customer service.
I have a number of others offering similar service all give me a greeting at the start of the day eg Good Morning when I questioned why they retorted we are too busy to make small talk even though when you message they don't go online for a good few minutes each time so no good if you want to bet close to the off time.
Couple this in with same day withdrawals they advertise they offer this is not true the card is processed that day but takes at least 2 days to get back to your account .
I have sent them in around 10 bets they have only accepted one some of the specials I have asked for I am told just minutes after the email that is sent to me the price is almost halved and no longer available,
also they pick and choose the markets they accept they don't accept shot bets but put up daily specials for shots on target no inplay after the game has started on football at all.
Just to recap poor customer service and only take what they think is a mug bets.

False advertising with emails.
Send out fictitious prices.
Had a price confirmed and they changed their mind once I made a deposit. No sign of any customer service skills. Throw in slow withdrawals into the mix too. Waste of time

AVOID!! Like to change the odds of what they've quoted you ore having to pay out absolute scammers

Joined this phone betting service about 8 weeks ago no real issues with the company very pleasant on the phone and reasonably speedy in payouts. A bit of a issue though when my card was cancelled was unable to get a bet on until my new card arrived which was a pain in the ass. One of their competitors allow you to directly deposit into the company bank account when issues like this arise. Apart from that 1 issue no problems with the company good customer services.
