I really had a wonderful experience with Regency FX amd specially Jamie

Initially, I was scared of sending funds through them as such kind of experience turned out to awful sometime but I am impressed by their work and service.

I used Regency FX for all my currency exchange needs while buying a house in Abruzzo, Italy. My main contact, James Low, was fantastic throughout; always available, helpful, and professional.

What really stood out was how Regency FX handled a last-minute issue just hours before I was due to sign the Final Deed. My estate agent informed me that, due to a change in Italian law, the tax I needed to pay had suddenly increased. I was already in rural Italy with limited signal and under real pressure.

James calmly talked me through what needed to be done, arranged for the extra funds to be exchanged and sent to the notary that same day, and helped ensure the deal still went ahead as planned. His speed, knowledge, and support were outstanding.

Regency FX also offer excellent value for money. Being based outside London means their margins are lower, which translated to a noticeably better exchange rate for me. On top of that, their online platform is straightforward and intuitive, making it easy to view balances and send payment instructions.

I’ll continue using Regency FX for ongoing EUR transfers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying a property abroad.

Very reasonable exchange rate, quick delivery

Jamie was supportive all through the process. He never applied any pressure and he always stuck to his word. Regency processes make it almost a painless experience on the admin front. Jamie also helped me to cope with a mini- crisis on the transaction even though the cause was on my side. To top it all, Regency gave me the best rate on the day out of several that I rang round.

Disappointing and costly experience with Regency FX.

We recently used Regency FX to transfer a large sum of money and were left extremely disappointed with the experience — both financially and in terms of customer service.

I found Jamie very helpful and friendly whilst I have been making transactions to Spain over past 20 months.
He is extremely trustworthy and always found me the best possible exchange rates. He kept me in the loop as the monies made its journey. I would highly recommend him and would certainly use him again in the future.
