Multiple Mistake
Placed a large order. First issue was that one of the bottles I ordered turned out not to be available. I asked when it would be back in stock and was told they didn't know. I got a refund and noted the bottle remained available on the website.
When the order for the rest of my bottles arrived 1 bottle was substituted with a cheaper one by accident. I contacted and they arrange to collect the wrong bottle and replace it with the right one.
Overall more hassle than I'd like to be bothered with to buy my whisky compared to the other sellers who I often buy from.
Update - Added a star as the seller has since contacted and offered some refund as compensation. Certainly hope they can continue to improve their business.
