Love the Jewellery.
RegalRose is one of the few shops I can find gold gothic jewelry, that's also good quality and looking exactly like the pictures.
I am absolutely in love with my pieces. Some of which I've been eyeing for months before buying. Many others I still have an eye on.

Beautiful jewellery
Beautiful jewellery, I ordered a ring and it was delivered super fast. I unfortunately did order the wrong size and had to organise and pay for returning the item, however I chose to exchange for the next size up, I posted back the wrong size on the Monday and received the new size on the Wednesday so I can't fault their service and speed. The ring itself is absolutely stunning and I am super pleased with it

Extra fees
On their site they claim there are no additional fees to be paid. While receiving my order I was charged extra 20€…I contacted the support team and after a week they told me the money will be returned to my account in 5-10 working days. Guess what? It never did! I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew about the fees.
Edit: The problem has been fixed and I got a refund. Thank you!

Never received the product I ordered
Never received the product I ordered. FedEx Tracking indicated it was lost. Regal Rose has not refunded my money and asked me to wait until the 8th of July to see what happens. If I don't get my refund on that date I will have to reach out to American Express to see if I can get back my funds. Very disappointed in the process and don't think I will ever purchase from this company again.
