Above and Beyond, I bought the phone on Amazon. When it came it didn't have a power adapter, and it clearly stated it didn't. However when I called the company they said they would send it out and covered my stupide! Just and out standing company

They found my Ebay listing, showed interest, asked a question. I then answered. Three days later they completed the sale. Afterward they claimed "not as described". Wasted my time and my money. Ebay isn't helpful either. Thieves.

I bought a CS50 headset about 30 years…
I bought a CS50 headset about 30 years ago and it finally bit the dust. Found a refurbished one at refurbphoneexchange but it didn't work. Called them they were very courteous and within a few minutes we got it working! Hope it last another 30 years! It looks like new and works like like it looks. Very happy!

Excellent service and communications
Hello,
This company is great. We have an Allworx system and as Allworx does not work with end customers, some things are hard to find online without engaging with a local distributor. Unfortunately our local company was recently purchased by a national firm. Refurb Phone Exchange (also known as dot com computers) had exactly what we needed and promptly worked with Allworx Support to make it happen for us. We definitely recommend them.

Refurb Samsung power supply saved the day...
I needed a Samsung power supply quickly to get a hotel's phone system working. It was packed well, looked as good as new and performed perfectly.

Don't waste your time or money.
Before I ordered an IP670 from these people I asked exactly one question: "Do these come with factory installed device certifications?" The instant response from the owner was "Yes they do, all factory reset with the device certs." I ordered the phone. It arrived several days later. Not only was the phone not factory reset, i.e., it still had the previous user's provisioning server data on it, but, of course, the device certification was "invalid." The thing is a brick.
