Ordered PC (with next day delivery). After over a week, no PC, no refund. Totally scam

This is the worst service in my life. I placed an order back in early October. The product arrived five days late and absolutely did not correspond to its characteristics. Didn't work at all. I returned the goods, but I never got my money back, although it's been a month and a half. I have repeatedly contacted the support service, but the answer is one: "there is a lot of work, wait!".

I also ordered an Iphone via Refurbished.nl on 21 november, I am still waiting for my order… nobody ever answer the phone or email.

Order placed on 10 November. No information on sending received, no answer to my email, no answer to my helpdesk questions.

Very disappointing

I made an order for ipad (second week of October) , day after I cancelled and few days after I cancelled because they did not send and i just got email that it will take longer to be delivered.. so i had to cancel the order and then i received email that i will get my money back in 15days... i did not received the money back till today over a month later.. absolutely ridiculous

I placed an order on the 31st of October for an Ipad. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received the item. There has been no communication since, informing me of the order status. I have tried calling them 3 times and waited over 40 minutes each time before giving up. I have logged a ticket on the site and sent 2 emails to which I have received NO RESPONSE - really poor service

OH MY GOD, never in my life have I seen such a terrible company. They advertise as next day delivery, after 8 days, no phone, no news about the delivery and no possible contact with them! They don't answer their phone number, they don't respond through their website-chat, nor do they respond on whatsapp or E-mail. They gladly take your money, but after that the frustration starts.

My refurbished iPad out-of-the-blue stopped working, have been trying for months now to get it repaired under "3 years guarantee" Refurbished claims.

Regardless of many phone calls and mails and endless promises from their side - if I eventually would get a response many times this did not happen - I am still awaiting a return label so that it can be fixed or "simply" another device that does work.

No reimbursement after 6 weeks

I bought a refurbished iPhone 11 on this website (Order number ORD33403029)
Since I was unable to upgrade to the new iOS, I returned it within 8 days. So far so good, as I got a rather quick confirmation that the purchase and the cost of shipping it back would be reimbursed within 10 working days. Since then, however, I have been waiting more than 6 weeks and no news at all except some standard e-mail informing me that reimbursements are delayed. I meanwhile filed a complaint and intend to actively spread the news that this company is no good.

My first bad review ever:
To make an order with refurbished is simple..But then the trouble starts. I should have received the phone the next day. But after 3 weeks I still haven't received the phone and it is impossible to get contact with the compagny. Terrible! I sended apps, e-mails and tried to call them... ...NO RESULT...DON'T ORDER WITH REFURBISHED!!! WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!

Orded a iphone 13 on 12th of october and after a month i finally cancelled my order after they said it was coming soon on the email. Then they did not pay me back my money. And they are NOT reachable. This company is a scam.

Ordered 2 Iphones late august/early september. Both were not working so sended them back (one had a bootloop error, the other one was not able to connect to any wifi or bleutooth). I recieved an email that they recieved the Iphones back but I am still waiting on my refund. Got 1 email over a month back that they were understaffed (which I agreed to) and told me I would get my money back with the highest urgency. Have not recieved anything yet.... (has been over 2 months) Now they dont't even answer my mails any more.

I have ordered a refurbished iPad Air 3 with on stock and next day delivery. After several days I asked customer service about it and they said: There is a "technical error" with the supplier and cannot deliver it for 2 more weeks but I could cancel the order if I wanted. I canceled the order and waiting the refund since 13th October and nothing happened....

My boyfriend ordered an IPad on 24 October. The order got canceled 2 days after. While waiting for our refund he ordered another one on 26 October. Today 3 NOVEMBER we are still waiting for the refund AND iPad. Tried texting, calling, emailing. Not possible to reach them at all.

Ordered a phone, payed via Klarna. Returned the phone within 14 days. I thought everything was ok but apparently it was not. Because the 'debt' is to Klarna the selling company, Refurbishing, has ofcourse communicate ot Klarna the phone is returned. This took 2,5 monhts!! With a lot of mails from my side. Klarna send me incasso costs and mails. When i sended again mail to the finance department again of Refurbished finally they arranged it. DO NOT buy here!!

THE DELIVERY TIMES ARE AN ABSOLUTE HOAX. THEY KNOW THEY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH SUPPLIERS BUT THEY DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CHANGING THE DELIVERY TIMES ON THEIR WEBSITE. I TRY TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA E-MAIL BECAUSE I WOULD NEED TO HAVE A PHONE TO CALL, FOR WHICH I AM WAITING, BUT AFTER EVERY LITTLE MESSAGE YOU HAVE TO WAIT A FEW HOURS OR ANOTHER DAY AGAIN. IT IS REALLY EXHAUSTING.

Horrible experience!! I cancelled my order for an iPad on the 4th of September. Since then I haven’t see my money in any way. After lots of emails from them saying I will get my money back, still I got nothing after 1,5 month! Now they don’t even respond anymore and I am afraid I will never see my €386 were I worked so hard for!

I ordered an iPhone on August 23rd, after a week when I called them, they said that your order is not available and you can cancel your order. I canceled my order on August 30th and I was supposed to receive the amount within 15 working days. I have not yet received my money after the past 60 working days, even though I called them many times, this has been my worst online shopping experience ever!!!!

DO NOT BUY, THEY STOLE MY MONEY

I ordered a laptop from them, this went great and the product was super nice. At a certain point my laptop broke and I sent it back to get fixed, when I got it back it was working again, but it had a horrible draw back in quality. So I called and sent it back to get a new Laptop sent to me. I got a message saying they do not sell the laptop anymore and I will instead be getting a refund. They told me max 2 weeks and i’ll receive my refund. Now 2 and a half months have passed and I have not received a refund. They most likely stole my money after reading all the rest of the reviews. I’m going to do research on how to take this to court.

I ordered an Iphone SE (2022) over three weeks ago, and I still have not received anything. The costumer service is very hard to reach. I am going to try to get a refund now. Do not order from this website!
