Refurb iPhones Reviews 

Beware of Reebelo refurbished iPhones.
Wow, this online retailer is something else.
They hold themselves out as a trusted seller with all those positive reviews.
Well, in my considered option many are fake and the reasoning for this is my terrible experience and the other 130 negative reviews that are online.
I purchased a refurbished iPhone 11 pro max in near-new condition. On receipt of the phone, it was dirty, obviously never been cleaned.
I was annoyed but cleaned the grime between the glass and the case.
What happened to the Reebelo promise their refurbished phone go through a 40-point check before purchase, well obviously that was a load of lies.
The phone only worked on speaker, so I thought it needed adjusting, which I tried to do, but still no volume.
The next time I was passing my local “fix a phone store” I asked the owner if he could adjust the volume for me?
No problem, he said, but it won’t do you any good, why I enquired, he then pointed out the mic was full of glue.
Glue, who would put glue in the mic, no problem as I have a warranty.
Now to be brief I returned the phone, and it disappears into the ether. Reebelo goes dark and stops communicating and now no phone.
No phone and they have almost Au $1,000.00 of my money.
I sort of wiped off the money and the phone as days turned into weeks but was determined I would sue for my money to be returned.
Out of the blue, my phone is returned, not repaired but in the same condition as I originally received it.
Now would anyone in their right mind in light of my experience and the other multitude of negative reviews return it to Reebelo or their vendor Skyphonez , not me?
I will pay to have it fixed myself as you can’t trust Reeblelo or Skyphonez to do the right thing.
How will they reply, so sorry you had this problem, bla,bla, or maybe they will say I put the glue in the phone?
Nothing would surprise me based on my dealings with this company.
They may blame their vendor, yes that’s right Reebelo only on-sell the phones, and this vendor is not a reputable trader based on the returned phone not being fixed and the massive number of negative reviews for skyphonez.

Shame on you Skyphonez for not fixing it and sending me a faulty phone.
I strongly advise you to purchase elsewhere as there are many good retailers in Australia that will give you a good deal and match or better the price.
You want a local company so you can take the phone back if you have problems.
Reebelo is an overseas company, you can’t ring them and complain, in fact, if they don’t like what you are saying they just don’t talk.
Do yourself a favour and keep your money away Reebelo and Skyphonez.

Purchased with Extended Warranty Sept 18 failed in March 19.
Have not seen or heard from them since I had the Phone delivered and signed for at their "So Called'' Sydney Office in May ( with all the Info wiped from the Phone at there insistence) -how convenient.
So the Phone basically hasn't worked for 6 Months and they cant be bothered to respond to any emails or resolve the problem!
How can they have a 3 star rating is beyond me.

This is a scam.
They imply that they are an Australian business, yet they ship from China.
Phone had many issues and battery disintegrated within 3 months completely. I wrote an email to ask for refund/Repair/replace but was told I am 1 day out of warranty.
Went to Apple and had battery replaced and they advised that the phone has been "refurbished" using fake/Non-Apple parts. Have alerted ACCC.

phone was in perfect condition and this was the best price I saw (including on amazon, where it was much harder to tell what kind of condition the phone would be in or if it was properly unlocked). had phone set up in under an hour from opening the box. The iPhone arrived more quickly than indicated. Cosmetic condition is excellent.

I was a little hesitant on ordering a refurb phone since I have had 2 bad refurb’s from amazon and eBay. But this one from refurbiphones.com.au is what they said it would be. It came in the timeframe it said and has been great since I turned it on. I would use them again.

The phone was just as expected in good condition and works great just as advretised. Best place to find reasonable prices on high quality unlocked iPhones.

I haven't any scarces on the or screen. I ordered a phone in fair condition and that's what I got. It came unblocked and getting my sim card to work on it was quick and painless as for functionality to works great so far.

I needed a Company, which has the low transaction rate and that is why we have also reached out to their company. We have been dealing with them and working with them for more than a year now. And we are extremely impressed by their services.

Bought the iphone in good condition, no scratches or issues would have graded it as excellent condition. At first it seemed like it did not want to respond to touch when first turned on. but after getting new sim card installed no issues. Great purchase, will do it again when it is time

Exterior shows almost no marks, phone functions fine I got what I wanted and it all works and looks good time from order to recepiet was quick.

Extremely happy with the quality phone i received, the fair condition was even better then when i thinking and it arrived very quickl. Activated it the day it arrived at everything synced up immediately.

Do not buy from this company. They sell phones from Hong Kong. The iPhone we received is faulty...and they do not offer refunds.

Phone looks almost brand new & works great as well! Much faster than the LG G5 i switched from and the iPhone 5s i had before that. Great prices and real customer service.

I am very happy with my purchase. Buying a refurbished iphone at a price that really couldn't be beat and having the confidence that it thoroughly inspected and ready for use is why I went with this store. it was my first purchase from them and won't be last.

I really saved a lot of money on my iphone buying here compared to brand new one but my iphone also looks brand and running very smoothly so far

I am really in love with my phone, though it is refurbished but looks brand new and works like new. My packet was delivered very quickly.
