Avoid them like the plague, I'd give them negative stars if possible. Their customer service is useless, they use delay tactics so you don't get to return items within the time frame needed for refund. Don't, and I can't stress this enough, don't buy anything from them

I bought my Pixel 8 in September, thinking I do my bit for the environment and by a refurbished phone. After about 2 weeks my screen displayed pink lines and the writing flickered.
I contacted customer service straight away. They were most unhelpful, suggesting I had dropped it/ exposed to moisture and should replace the screen at my own cost. Since I had NOT dropped it I asked Chat GPT and they advised to update everything and restart, which helped temporarily.
After contacting Customer service again, they suggested exactly what I had told them 😡 but took no responsibility for anything. I now have to update the whole system at least once a day! I would NOT recommend this company.

Ordered an iMac M3, with 16gb advertised.

What arrived was the 8gb model. Went with a different seller than I normally would on this platform (I normally choose Loop or others that I’ve used a few times).

These generation of iMacs CANNOT be upgraded, so crucial to get the specs correct. (This is not a refurb issue, it’s the seller at fault while listing, please note; hence I have given a 3 star review or it would be only 1).

Apparently a human error by staff, according to the customer service rep of the seller, DIAGASTINO ITALY, who emailed the day it had arrived that they had made an error. They offered €100 refund or return for full refund (I would have to bring to my nearest UPS depot, which is 2 bus journeys for me as I only have a moped as transport currently.

It’s most annoying part - same condition and spec iMacs are listed as €200 less by this exact same seller and others on the platform - plus and now I have lost my 15% discount code that was offered by refurbed (the Mac desktop sale they recently had).

I bought a phone and case - the phone was fine, though I had some difficulty setting it up.
The case, supposedly made to fit the model of phone was too big, loose, and actually covered part of the camera. I've already ordered another, from a different supplier.

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY. They are NOT in Ireland. I bought an Apple Watch, paid over €266, 5wks ago no watch!!! They are REFUSING TO REFUND!!! Keep telling me to wait, check DHL DESPITE NO INFO. ON DHL. THEY ARE CHEATS AND LIARS!
They'll respond to this asking for my order number, saying they'll "personally" check it out to look good BUT they NEVER sort it cos.... you guess it, THEY'RE SCAMMERS!!! I pay, I get no product, you can't tell me when I will get product = REFUND!!! 5wks waiting!! Here's the Order Number to shove where the sun don't shine 12758783. I'm going to put up reviews like this every day until you refund me my money.... THIEVES!!
