Ordered a £400 silk dress for my daughters wedding. it arrive in a small brown paper bag. The stitching of the dress was poor, zip badly fitted. So disappointed. I thought spending that kind of money I would get good quality.
Sent it back 20mins after receiving it.
Won’t be ordering from them again

I will never order anything from there again. The product description stated that it could be returned within the EU. Otherwise, I would never have ordered it. Now I wanted to return the dress because it was too big. However, this is not possible. I receive the following message:

I’m surprised by the number of bad reviews as I’ve only ever had a positive experience with reformation. Any time I’ve had an issue they get back to me super quickly- I’ve never had to wait more than a day.

Likewise, any issues I’ve had have always been so quickly, kindly and efficiently sorted.

My reformation pieces are some of my favourite in my wardrobe and I know I’ll get years of wear out of them!

Sustainable ..yes let’s fly our returns back to L A instead of a uk store .. !! How sustainable is that hey the next best thing is naked .. you might have to do that because there shipping company cannot deliver its sits in warehouses for a week the love inboxes are full and no phones pick up great service !! Still waiting buy in another store with less gimmicks

The dress I ordered arrived in totally inappropriate packaging so was very heavily creased, to the point of being completely unwearable. As the dress was non-iron, the customer service told me to go and get it ironed at a professional dry-cleaners at my own expense. The only other resolution offered was a refund but I needed the dress for an event that weekend. Couldn’t risk ordering another as they refused to guarantee it wouldn’t also turn up creased. Told me that creasing didn’t count as ‘not fit for purpose’. Don’t order from them.

The dress that I was shipped was made of beautiful fabric, but was sewn terribly. The hem and neckline were both wildly uneven, and there was weird bunching on one side of the waist.
On top of that, they're charging me $8 to return it even though it was their mistake to send out a dress that hadn't been properly QA'd.
They have cute looking stuff but I think it's not worth buying online.

I was trying to cancel an order immediately, but I didn't receive the email and the page had a bug and wasn't showing or uploading anything! so I couldn't cancel in the 30 min time that they let you do it with the order number. I contacted them and they answered that not even 12h laters, the order was packed and ready for shipping and couldn't do anything! what a shitty and unprofessional website! never ordering from there ever again. With such a shitty policy, I only wasted my money

Bad quality, one dress was see through, trying to return the order, but the return label is dhl express so only a limited amount a places takes it. Real pain and time consuming. Not ordering here again

Awful customer service. If you order online, they let you exchange ONCE. Never mind that even if they give you incorrect information with regards to what they have in stock or the fact that the sweater I ordered has arms long enough for someone with 8 foot arms. Then they'll tell you to return and pay full price for a future exchange, despite the original purchase being on sale. NO REFUNDS! So, now I'm stuck with a credit for a crappy store I never want to shop at again.

Honestly, the worst return policy and the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.

They are not ready to manage return process! I returned my item weeks ago and still waiting for my refund. No phone for customer care available and they do not reply emails! Will not be buying again from them.

I have ordered three dresses from reformation (total amount 1144,-€) which I all returned. While the refund was finally (after weeks) confirmed via mail I have still not received my money back. Would definitely not recommend buying from their online shop.

Bought the Derek dress. Followed washing instructions but the colour of the dots came out. Now the dress is ruined.

When I got in touch with Reformation they offered a £15 voucher because I bought it longer than 6months ago. Pathetic response.

So you want me to spend another £200+ on another dress when there's clearly a manufacturing fault! Or because you used cheap fabric!

Shame as my 2 other Reformation dresses (linen) are still in good condition.

But as a result of the response I got with the Derek dress I will never buy anything from them again.

Sold a mis-sized item that was supposed to be a size zero. When I emailed Reformation I was told I could not be refunded as it was a 'final sale' item, unless I thought it had been mis-labelled and to send photos with a tape measure. I did this and have been ignored. My sister who is a UK size 10 tried the dress on and it is too big for her. The phoneline is always engaged and I cannot speak to anyone. How convenient.

Just Great. Ordered using the wrong card and the company immediately refunded so I could fix it. The import duties are included when shipping to Europe. So far a wonderful experience.
