£25 taken after cancellation – no response

£25 taken after cancellation – no response

I cancelled my membership in advance of renewal, yet £25 was still taken from my account on 31 January 2026.

I have sent multiple emails (February and March), provided proof of payment, and still have not received a refund or meaningful response.

The delay is unacceptable, and based on other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated issue.

I would advise others to be cautious when signing up, as cancelling and obtaining a refund appears unnecessarily difficult.

I am now pursuing recovery via my bank.

They have taken my £25.00 despite cancellation

Shocked that they have taken my £25.00 I sent in good faith, to join up in the early days, and no way of getting my money back for current year, despite cancelling in good time. Emails waste of time. They've lost the plot.

DISGUSTED, I want a refund of stolen second year payment.

You can not cancel your subscription…

The emails are from a no reply address

I have emailed the 2 officials email address’s to cancel my subscription
No one has replied for 3 weeks. I have written 6 times explaining I’m a pensioner and will be in debt if the take money from my account
All ignored
My first was a week before renewal and I have NEVER received a reply
After 6 attempts to take the money from my bank account they then tried to take it from my Euro account.
I’ve had emails to say if unsuccessful after 2 weeks they will cancel the subscription But they don’t

I have now blocked my sterling and euro bank account and unsubscribed to emails.
The next step is to block reform all together.

I was a reform voter but after no replay to several emails to both official email accounts lack of interest in a pensioner struggling to cope with my finances’s they are clearly like all the other parties.
I had a dream but now know it’s not with Reform it’s not what I want for this country

Poor response options

When Rupert Lowe was treated badly by Reform UK, I cancelled my fairly new membership. In the absence of any response, I even sent a Recorded Delivery letter that didn't receive any acknowledgement or reply. Now that almost a year has passed, I am being reminded that Reform is unable to collect my direct debit. Today I received a second reminder, but most emails sent to me are from a no-reply address. I have used the website to try to contact the membership department, but apparently, it doesn't respond very promptly either.

Some Mistake Here Surely? Ed.

I don't think I would be inclined to do business with an organization whose website is called Re:State who allows themselves to have a page on a review website entitled Reform.uk

Does Nigel Farage know about this? I was just about to review his Millbank HQ
