My journey to weight loss was only helpful from ReflexMD
I’ve been on Reflex MD for at least a year and half with great success in my weight loss. I truly appreciate Jerome Flick for all his assistance in making sure my weight loss is a positive journey. He also has helped me in getting my daughter started with her diet as well. He listens to your needs and he goes beyond just being a representative. He is caring. and attentive to all my needs as well as my daughters. I wish there were more people like him. My experiences with ReflexMD were nothing but great.
All my concerns were easily addressed and I was assured my account was taken care of by Wendy Elliott. All my experiences with ReflexMD have been pleasant and my requests handled quickly and exactly as expected. I have been using the product for a year and had nothing but great results with the only temporary side effect being some hair shedding around 7 months which I have been able to fix with additional health supplements. I have reached my goal weight and lost 38lbs and been weaning off gradually so I can maintain my weight loss, however if I should need to use this again I would not hesitate to come back to ReflexMD. All expectations were met financially with acct mgmt, product did what it said it would, customer service was timely and pleasant and reliable, product delivery always on time. Overall I would rate my experience an A+.

I have been a customer of ReflexMD for over 2 years and recently took a sabbatical from my medication. I decided that I would like to restart my journey and knew that I wanted to do that with ReflexMD because of their excellent customer service, fair pricing and quick response time. I called in and spoke with Barbie. She was kind, quick and efficient. She listened to my reasons for returning, offered some personal advice and support, went through all plan options and made it very easy for me to get signed back up. The whole process took less than 5 minutes! ReflexMD has always been very communicative and responsive with all my questions and requests.
