Website said was in stock but had to chase a week later then arrived the next day make of it as you will

Delivery was perfect, all withing 3 days of order despite an expectation of 7 - 10 days; very pleased. All contents look in excellent condition, all being fitted in next couple of days...

I telephoned Refined lighting to enquire about light fittings before ordering and they were very helpful. As a result I ordered 2 light fittings and they were delivered by DPD within 48hours. They also provided me with a time slot and they were punctual. Good service and I would recommend this company.

Excellent service, just what I wanted

Lovely shop with every type of light imaginable. We went home and had a good look through the website and ordered online.
The order came quickly but without the bulbs. The website stated bulbs included but they weren't in the box.
On speaking to staff there was an error on the website but they gave us the light bulbs without question.
I will definitely continue to use them .

Good customer service and fast delivery..the outside lantern was a bit plasticy......I think I would pay more next time and purchase a Saxby lantern ....bit more expensive but worth it I think because of the extra quality

Refined Lighting had just what I was looking for. The light was well protected by it's packaging and came complete with bulbs, which does not always happen. Earlier in the year I purchased a light fitting from a different supplier, and the bulbs were not included and had to be purchased as separate items.

Lovely light fitting and good price in comparison to other sites .
Ordering was straightforward , the only complaint really was that I never received an email confirmation once I’d placed the order so had to phone the company to check the order had gone through ok. Friendly and helpful on the phone, and got back to me straight away to confirm
