I had a terrible and frankly alarming experience with Refills.com.
I clearly provided my medical information during the intake process, including that I was currently on the initial dose of Wegovy. Despite this, Refills.com prescribed me a completely different medication without proper explanation and informed me they were going to ship the highest dose of that medication. Anyone familiar with GLP-1 medications knows how dangerous and irresponsible it can be to start at the highest dose without proper titration.
When I immediately tried to correct their mistake, I attempted to contact them by phone, live chat, support messaging, and even the prescribing doctor. I received no response. No clarification. No medical guidance. Nothing.
However, they had absolutely no problem charging my account ~$1,400 immediately.
Their lack of communication, lack of medical oversight, and aggressive billing practices are extremely concerning. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank, which ruled in my favor and refunded the fraudulent transaction.
This experience was not just frustrating — it felt unsafe and unethical. I would strongly caution anyone considering Refills.com to think twice before trusting them with your health or your money.

Thank you for your response, but I want to be clear that your statement about patient safety does not reflect my actual experience.
While you say patients should never be started at the highest GLP-1 dose without titration, that is exactly what was communicated to me — and without proper clarification or medical discussion. The issue was not just “confusion.” The issue was that I immediately raised a serious safety concern and received no response.
Despite multiple attempts to contact support, live chat, phone, and the prescribing provider, I was met with complete silence. At the same time, my account was charged approximately $1,400 without delay. The only thing that moved quickly in this situation was the billing.
If patient safety and trust truly come first, communication should come first — especially when a patient is actively flagging a medication safety concern.
I have since deleted my account and requested removal of my data from Refills.com. Given my experience, I was not comfortable continuing any relationship with your company.
I hope you do conduct an internal review, because what happened to me was not just frustrating — it was alarming.

I received exceptional help placing my order and when it was received, it was packaged perfectly. The only issue I had was the delivery took 10 days. However, it is my belief that the shipping problems have been resolved. The price was excellent. Yes, I would recommend them.

The communication isn't ideal. While Refills was busy filling my email inbox and sending text messages non-stop, I was struggling to the point of begging to get in touch with customer service about my order. I attempted multiple times via phone, text message, email, and the online customer service portal.
Absolutely everything was smooth sailing up until right after I placed my order.

I use the Semaglutide injection. I am very happy with it. My health has taken a turn for the better. I feel great and am no longer pre diabetic. Not only do they keep me posted on my shipment - where it’s at and when it arrives, I always have it on time. I’ve reached out to them several times by “Chat”, they’re quick to respond and I get all my questions answered. They’re very friendly. I would recommend Refill to anyone wanting to lose weight the healthy way.

Decent prices but their customer service response time and shipping time is very poor and business practices questionable. It regularly took days to weeks for responses and delayed shipments. Not ok, had to go with another vendor.

Absolutely no communication via “support” on website, and can’t get any employee on the phone. Order still hasn’t arrived or even shipped despite the website saying order would arrive within 3-5 business days. I’m at 7 days since order as of writing this.

Unfortunately this time of year does come with delays in shipping, however I was kept informed of the delays and I am completely happy and everything was delivered, couldn’t have been any easier ☺️ and Taylor over on Reddit is amazing and attentive! At the risk of sounding like a cliche, I would give zero stars if it was an option. First fill went fine, second fill was somehow sent to the wrong city but the remainder of the address (including zip) was correct, however, FedEx would not deliver it. Ok fine, I called FedEx to update address on the shipment coming to ME but they state “the restrictions from the sender do not allow any changes by anyone but them”. Message to Refills support, no response. Wait a couple days, call, straight to VM so I leave a message and follow up with another message to support. Zero response. Call again a couple days later and again straight to voicemail. About ten days of my shipment sitting at FedEx, I messaged support again and again, you guessed it, no response. I ended up disputing the charge hoping that would prompt them to reach out to me. Nope. FedEx ended up returning shipment and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Shipment was held at FedEx 2/4/26 and I have yet to be contacted by anyone at Refills.com. Subscription cancelled- watch out for this company, shady business practices.

Im not really one to leave nasty reviews but, im not left with any other choices as I've exhausted all other attempts to communicate. I ordered tirzepatide on 2/14. By 2/15 my payment had processed and my prescription had been sent to pharmacy. And that was the end of any movement. I grew concerned after a couple days of having a sent to pharmacy status. I have called, left messages, emailed and attempted to communicate through the chat. No response. This is not how things should work!! At least let me know whats going on!!!!
2/20 ..... update!!!!Ok so I am editing my original review. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text message today from a refills employee. I received a lengthy, attentive and very sincere text from Eric who is not actually customer service but rather a marketing/sales team member. Eric is WONDERFUL!!! Single handedly the reason I am willing to give refills another try. He addressed EVERY concern. He didn't have to but chose to reach out with his direct number. He maintained several messages back and forth. He explained things, he got my individual situation moving and really fixed everything. I sure hope refills appreciates this amazing, most valuable team member .... they really should!!! I am feeling so much better about everything now that I have Eric on my side.

The product I received from refills dot com.Gave me skin rashes at the injection sites. I did not feel that the compounded terzepatide was the same quality as other companies.I have ordered from.
After trying to contact refills dot com to report my concerns, I have not received an answer to any emails. I would also like to request a refund. Hmm, butt, i'm unlikely to hear from anybody. My advice would be to go with a different company. I have tried three that are good and successful.And their products do not leave a rash.
