From the beginning, I was getting that "scammy" feeling. I placed my order, the "doctor" approved it the next day, then it was "sent to the pharmacy" where it has been for 1-1/2 weeks now. Their support is ridiculously slow to respond.
They say it will take 3-5 days to process... then I get frustrated and threaten to dispute the charge, then they say their "partner" pharmacy will ship on Monday, and yet it still shows the same status.
I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL, I have a feeling if I ever receive the product, it is likely some cheap formulation anyway, I wouldn't be at all surprised.

Most horrific customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Took Fed EX a week to deliver which meant the medication was hot and not usable. I’ve called, sent messages through the portal to refills.com for another week asking for them to open a claim w Fed Ex and resend my medication. I’ve had 1 response a week ago saying they would get back to me when they were resending. It is insane. At this point, I just want my money back.

Everything in the beginning is great and still is. However, there are issues with managing your account and receiving technical support—it’s practically non-existent. First, even though it looks like it will, it won’t let you manage your shipments. Every time I attempted to change a shipment, I received an erroneous error message (a ludicrous reason I won’t list) is not acceptable. Then, when I reached out to support I never received a response.
Someone from another team contacted me about something else entirely before I even received a response from support. It’s been weeks and it still hasn’t been fixed, and now I cannot place an order meaning my treatment will get delayed.
The technical issues I’m having DO NOT take this long to resolve. If there are that many issues ahead of mine that tells me they are not hiring enough people, training them well or retaining them. Other than that this site has been great and overall is much better than a lot of the GLP services, however they need to get the final kinks with the site resolved.
Update: they not only failed to resolve my problem, but looked at no previous communication. I’ve already requested they delete my account. They should be reaching out to me, not leaving me “just email us at—no. I contacted you guys NUMEROUS times over text, email and phone.

Best company out there. Couldn't find one that would bill monthly for less than 200$, all wanted a year up front for best pricing, Refills came through and allows me monthly billing for 189$ a month any dose. It has been so easy to message in the portal. I've made changes in dose, asked to push out billing and shipment and they do it. It seems you get 5 weeks of meds but they typically bill every 3. 5 weeks. I just message, request it not to be processed until I need it and they have done it every month for me. I'm starting month 4 and no issues, lost almost 25pds with minimal side effects. I've recommended this company to friends!

Buyer beware when dealing with the company calling itself Refills.com, which lists a business address of 1401 Pennsylvania Ave, Wilmington, DE 19806.
After receiving their tirzepatide medication, I became extremely ill. I attempted to contact the company multiple times through every method they provide—phone, email, and website chat—but received no response whatsoever.
In addition to their listed contact methods, I previously received text messages from several individuals associated with the company, including a representative named Grace who sent promotional messages encouraging me to purchase their products, and a message from Andrew Sakla, who was identified as the prescribing doctor. All of the following text numbers are now disconnected:

This is extremely concerning, especially for a company providing prescription medication. Further, it would have been beneficial to be able to communicate with Dr. Sakla regarding how sick this medication made me!
Another issue is that my credit card statement lists only REFILLS HEALTH as the merchant name and provides no customer service phone number alongside the charge.
The company appears to rely heavily on text messaging to communicate things like shipment notifications and doctor approvals and then cancel the phone numbers. They also send no communications via email which I believe is intentional. When I attempted to contact them directly, emails sent to support AT refills.com received no reply. Phone calls to 888-458-5061 go unanswered. The recording simply states that all agents are busy and asks you to leave a name and number. I have left multiple messages and have never received a return call.
Any messages send to their website “chat” feature also go unanswered.
I have carefully documented each attempt to contact them, including the times and dates of my messages and chat requests. Despite numerous attempts, I have received zero response.
To make matters worse, there is no way to cancel the auto-shipment subscription through the account settings, which leaves customers vulnerable to future charges. Because I could not reach anyone at the company, I had to contact my credit card company to block future auto-shipments, as I was concerned about another $600 charge for a product I cannot use.
If you choose to do business with this company, you do so at your own risk. My best advice: Try contacting them yourself prior to purchasing anything!
Because of these issues, I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
