I ordered a 10 pieces refere pack, they send me wrong size ,
I return the package, they make ne pay the return label, i did and the sebd me the same wrong size items, soneone need to do something about it, please ! This can be happening, refere store is a big company, and fir one brainless woman, you get this bad reputation, hooe you fix this soon !

The bad reviews are outdated. In my experience, they always deliver and have good service. I have bought from them twice this year, several times in years gone by. I will be ordering again.

BE CAREFUL!! THIEVES!

Company didn't sent a complete order and didn't want to give money back!! After trying to contact they change an owner of company!! In the court case, the former owner, Mr. Gerd Urlich Wujanz, showed the lack of property, they stole 25 thousand zlotys (5660 euro)!!!

Ordered a large package of referee clothes. After a week where I did not hear anything, I took contact on mail. Got an answer straight away from Anna - one of the items were in rest order and they just wanted to know if I would wait for this item. I said no and the order was shipped within the same day. Have just received the package and have not been disappointed. So from my chair - I can only recommend Refereeworld..

I ordered two Adidas referee shirts, arrived to Ireland in less than a week, couldn't be happier with the service.

I also ordered 2 items. The cheaper one came very fast, BUT the expensive one, still somewhere at the delay. 2 months has already passed. At the beginning they were writing excuses, but now - no answer. I am very dissapointed with company.

😡😡Can not recommend this shop at all.
You draw the money from my account 12 febuary and you have still not shipped my items. (It is illegal).
At your website the clothes is still on stock. (It is a big lie)

I have never before had such a bad experience.

Really good, was slightly concerned based on the amount of negative reviews. Got most of order (7 items ) 3 days after order and the remaining item 4 days later. Only slight issue is this should be marked on the site as out of stock . But no major issue . Good quality equipment at very reasonable prices.

At the beginning of August I bought 2 complete kits of Adidas 2018. They told me they would send me what they had in stock and the rest at the end of the month. In early September I sent an email because I had not received anything and they replied saying they were having problems with Adidas.
At the end of September I found another store in which they sold the same slightly more expensive products and requested the cancellation of the order to RefereeWorld. As I did not get an answer, I opened a dispute in PayPal, which they did not answer either. This week PayPal has given me back the money and from RefereeWorld they sent me 3 shirts of the 8 that I bought. I sent them an email to return them because I already have my money, but they still do not respond to my emails.
Poor customer service.
Lousy returns service.
They lie with the available stock and delivery dates.

Finally i found the erima collection... so happy i could easyly order the necessary equipment to this fantastic price. I highly recommend that shop.

I made a large order of over 500 EU in early February 2018 primarily with the new Adidas 2018 kit and other accessories. About a month later I got all of the items except two (watch and bag) both were the most expensive. On my invoice it stated these two items will be delivered by the end of March. I then sent the company several e-mails at the end of March and going into April inquiring about the status of these two items. They never responded. By the end of April the two products never came, and were now 1 month over due. I then called my credit card company claiming for undelivered goods and I was immediately refunded the amount of the watch and bag. I then sent one final e-mail to refereeworld claiming I have filed a claim with my credit card company for undelivered goods. The next day refereeworld responded saying they have sent out a package. About a week later (early May) I got the watch but no bag. I sent another e-mail and was told the bag would be coming in 1 month. Early June came and still no bag and no response from refereeworld. By the end of June I got a nasty letter from refereeworld claiming that I accepted the watch without paying and they expect payment by the date I actually got the letter in the mail. They also said they will be perusing legal action if they don't get their money. I then had issues with my credit card company over the next several weeks but in the end I had to locate their banking info and send them the money myself.

The thing is I wanted both the watch and bag, when they didn't come by the date promised and I inquired about them over the next 6 weeks and got no response from the company they gave me no choice but to take action against them for undelivered goods. Then they had the nerve to threaten legal action against me.

All of this could have been avoided if they had responded to their e-mails and read what the customer is inquiring about. Refereeworld has no respect for their customers if a product is not in stock they still charge you for it. It's too bad because the products that they do sell are very good quality, however I can no longer trust them.

This website cannot be a serious website. I ordered some clothes back in October 2017 and here by the end of February 2018 still not received.

Writing to the company give me a response every third time that delivery is delayed. Normal Adidas T-Shirts delayed 4 month? Who can believe that.

They have no interest in returning your money.

Today I will report this company to the international organisation in Europe where EU citizens can complain about buyings done in EU (and outside own country) - called ODT. So my situation will now be handled by authorities from here.

I just received my new referee jerseys for an upcoming short film about international soccer games related to non-qualifying teams for World Cup. I have to say the service was very expedient and amazing. As this is our first shoot in Germany we gave wrong address at first and they quickly helped us resolve the problem and was able to shoot on schedule. This is a great place to purchase anything related to referee uniforms. Quality is really great and amazing customer service. Thank you for all you did.

The telephone number on the website does not get you through to anyone. Just a voice recording.
Emails are returned with no explanations or answers to your queries.
Shipments with in Europe are sent via the SLOWEST mail service.
Two weeks for a delivery with in Europe is ridiculous, and when asking for proof of sending, no response received.
Not recommended at all I am afraid.
